Faith Under Fire
Filmed across iconic locations like Tangier, Fes, and Paris (including the Louvre and the Jewish Museum), this documentary examines the enduring strength of a people whose faith is so often under fire.
Join us as we uncover inspiring stories of defiance, sacrifice, and light shining through darkness.
Don’t miss this gripping story of hope, courage, and legacy.
TYH Presents: Let The Energy Flow | Shlomo Gaisin
This breath is the source of the נשמת ישראל, the Jewish soul—a connection to Hashem that is unbreakable and unshakeable. The connection between נשמה(soul) and נשימה(breath) reminds us that every breath we take is a continuation of that first, holy breath of creation. As Rebbi Levi, in the name of Rebbi Chanina, teaches in Bereishis Rabah, ‘ע ל כל נשימה ונשימה תהללי-ה’—for every single breath, we must praise Hashem. Each inhale and exhale is an opportunity to reconnect to the light of our נשמהand the divine spark flowing through us.
This song’s release on Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, is no coincidence. Chanukah is a time to ignite the light within, to illuminate the darkness, and to recognize that Hashem’s miracles surround us in every moment—just like the miracle of breath. The menorah’s flames remind us that even a small light has the power to overcome great darkness. And with each breath, we have the chance to fan the flames of our נשמה, letting its light shine brightly in the world.
Chevra, breathe deeply. With every breath, feel the infinite light and love of Hashem filling you. Like the lights of Chanukah, let your נשמהilluminate the world with its divine spark, bringing warmth, hope, and clarity into the darkness.

The Iranian Missile Menorah
A Collaborative Creation
Together with Yossi Gur Aryeh, a blacksmith, the two forged a menorah designed to resemble mountains and engraved with the phrase “To Be a Free People in Our Land.” Gur Aryeh shared with Rega News: “The missile that fell near Mevo Shilo was retrieved by some people from the farms, and they asked Meir Sharon to create a menorah from it. While we were working together on an Ark for the Torah in my workshop, he asked for my help. We received a piece of the missile and turned it into this menorah that connects to the farms, the region, and, broadly, the war itself.” A triumph of spirit.
The missile, which fell in the Binyamin region, was part of the second Iranian attack on Israel—a widespread missile assault carried out by Iran on the evening of October 1.
The result is a menorah that embodies resilience and creativity, transforming a symbol of destruction into one of light and hope.

In Your Light - Yaakov Galen - Music Video
It wasn’t something I often did, but I’ve learned to take moments like this as signs from Hashem to focus on that idea.
At the time, I’d been striving to grow creatively and spiritually. I had been wanting to write music for a while, but I was stuck in a slump. Something wasn’t clicking, and I felt like I needed a spark to reignite my soul during the winter.
When I got home, I grabbed a Tehillim and decided to read the first chapter I opened to. I landed on Chapter 36.
As I read through it, one line stood out to me, almost as if it had been written by the greatest songwriters in history (It was!):
“For with You is the source of life; in Your light, we will see light.” (כִּֽי־עִמְּךָ מְקוֹר חַיִּים; בְּאוֹרְךָ נִרְאֶה־אוֹר)
That one line stopped me in my tracks. I couldn’t stop reading it. And in that moment, this song was born.
Oftentimes, when we feel disconnected, unmotivated, or like we’re not living up to our potential, we carry that weight on our own shoulders. Ironically, what we think is a desire to spread light is often our ego trying to control the outcome. But Hashem has other plans. If we’re putting in our best effort yet still feel a distance, that too is part of His will.
The journey to connection begins when we release that weight and place it back into Hashem’s hands. It’s not about wanting to feel connected but recognizing that we are always connected. Our ego clouds the truth when it insists on connecting on its terms.
There is no light except Hashem’s light.
There is no life except within Hashem’s world.
This song is a conversation with the stranger inside ourselves—the part that doubts, fears, and feels broken. We tell that part: it’s okay to feel broken as long as we’re breaking into Hashem, who is ultimately whole.
The message ties deeply to the story of Chanukah. After the Beis Hamikdash was destroyed, it would have been easy to see only brokenness and despair. But the heroes of the story searched for the pure jug of oil—a symbol of the unbreakable connection we always have with Hashem. They found it, and through Hashem’s miracle, they rebuilt and relit the menorah for eight days, stronger than before.
This is the story of the Jewish people. It’s the story of resilience, hope, and light. And it will ultimately be the story of the coming of Moshiach.
Yours truly,
Yaakov Galen and the Thank You Hashem team.

RCCS Live Auction Event - 2024
Cancer is a horrific diagnosis. It’s no joke. It makes us cry. It breaks our hearts. It’s the saddest thing in the world—no laughing matter.
So, why are we SMILING?
We are SMILING because together, we fight back. Together, we turn tears into tenacity, pain into purpose, and hurt into healing. We take the bitter punches life throws and transform them into a punchline filled with laugh-out-loud joy.
We are SMILING because we have YOU.

Caught in the Middle — The Tale of one Innocent Child
For these children, life as they know it comes to a crashing — and crushing — halt. Many of them sadly wish to themselves that they could merely be regular yesomim so that others would understand what they’re going through.
Their ordeal is heartbreaking. And whether one or both parents are right or wrong, the suffering is unimaginable and the damage is often lifelong.
While the world around them picks sides, there’s one group that takes their side and steps up to provide them with everything that children in healthy homes get to enjoy: Lev L’Yeled.
Their needs naturally vary, of course, and Lev Leyeled shows up with one goal: to put the child's needs first and be there for them every day.
To list the organization’s services would almost be a disservice, as there is no limit to what Lev L’yeled does or how far they will go. The mentors and volunteers do whatever is necessary in every situation to provide the stability a child deserves while the world around them burns.
Here’s a dramatic look at one such story, one of the hundreds breaking homes and hearts in our community.
Open your heart to the story of Lev L’Yeled.

Nigun of the Besht, Razel, Shulem, Ribo, Helfgot
Facing the sea breeze, on June 25th, a musical event - a unique, rare, and moving concert featuring the greatest names in Chassidic and Jewish music - took place at the Caesarea Amphitheater.
The concert was held under the title "Winning for Life," initiated by the Friends of Magen David Adom in Israel. The evening was dedicated to the memory and lasting legacy of the 34 Magen David Adom personnel who fell in the line of duty while saving lives.
This is the third consecutive time a concert organized by the Friends of Magen David Adom has achieved such a great success, with the event declared "sold out" ten days before the scheduled date. The event was intended to thank the thousands of Magen David Adom volunteers who risked their lives in life-threatening situations to save others, and in memory of the dozens of volunteers who gave their lives in this mission. Magen David Adom personnel have saved tens of thousands of lives, working around the clock, day and night, during the October 7th attack attack on October 7th, under prolonged rocket threats and under the threat of rockets that lasted for many months.Proceeds from the concert will help further strengthen Magen David Adom at this time, as the organization needs to purchase blood donation vehicles, bulletproof ambulances, and special 4x4 intensive care rescue vehicles.
The concert included the following artists: Performers included Yitzchak Meir Helfgot, Ishay Ribo, Shulem Lemmer, Yonatan Razel (who was also in charge of the musical arrangement and conducting of the evening), along with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and guest conductor Bar Gottfried, as well as musical surprises including the African Hebrews Israelites of Dimona and Amir Dadon. The event was produced by Yitzchak Rashi and hosted by media personality Sivan Rahav Meir.Among the honored guests were Health Minister Uriel Busso (who himself volunteers with Magen David Adom himself), Chairman of the Magen David Adom Executive Committee Avraham Mandler, Magen David Adom Director General Eli Bin, and Chairman of Friends of Magen David Adom in Israel Gil Weiser.

Shirasa Project | Album Preview | Mona Rosenblum
As my relationship with the superstar of Jewish music arrangements and world-renowned composer, Mona Rosenblum, evolved, we discussed this dream and goal very often. One day, the RBS”O sent us a treasure when Mona found a trove of songs from the late R’ Bentzion which they recorded together years ago in a basement. Historic Hachnosas Sefer Torah in Ratzfert, Hungary
This incredible event took place during עשרת ימי תשובה תשפ"ה, when hundreds of Yidden from around the world gathered to join in the celebration and the שמחת התורה. This video is just a glimpse into this day filled with קדושה and שמחה, with an even more in-depth overview of these beautiful moments to come.
The event holds special significance as the Sefer Torah was donated by an Einikel of the Tzaddik Reb Hertzka'la of Ratzfert, זי"ע. Reb Hertzka'la was known as a Poel Yeshuos to countless Yidden who came to the Tzaddik for his Brachos. His memory is still alive, and to this day, many Yidden experience yeshuos in his Zechus, by coming and devening at his Tzion.
Reb Hertzkala’s yahrzeit falls on Erev Yom Kippur, and Yidden continue to visit his kever in Ratzfert year after year, and staying over for Yom Kippur in the Hachnosas Orchim of Raztfert.
In honor of Reb Hertzka'la’s memory, his Einikel, R’ Chaim Avrum Brach, donated this Sefer Torah. This Hachnosas Sefer Torah was a truly special moment, bringing Torah and joy back to town with deep connections to the tzadik.
Stay tuned for a more detailed look at this day of Simcha, Tefillah and joy!

Help our nation’s Women of Valor rebuild! Their husbands Hy”d perished on the front lines.
For some, it’s supermarket vouchers because their main breadwinner is gone.
For others, it’s free babysitting or extra-curricular activities to keep the kids occupied while Mommy takes care of the thousand-and-one things that mommies have to do.
Your gift of love shows our war almanos and yesomim that we care, and we won’t leave them alone.
Now, more than ever, Klal Yisrael must stand together.

Cantor Yaakov Stark - Cantorial Classics - Tefilas Geshem
Chazzan Yaakov Stark in a heartfelt performance of “Tefilas Geshem” by Jacob Rappaport/Moshe Ganchoff.
In continuation of the successful “Cantorial Classics” series and in preparation for the upcoming Yom Tov Sukkos and winter season, Chazzan Yaakov Stark releases an emotional and heartfelt rendition of “Tefilas Geshem,” originally performed by Cantor Moshe Ganchoff and composed by Jacob Rappaport.
Cantor Stark has dedicated this performance of “Tefilat Geshem” to the people of Eretz Yisroel after a year of great suffering, beginning with the horrific massacre and the captives who have not yet returned home. With his pleading voice, he brings to life the words that have gained even deeper meaning in recent times: “Their blood was spilled like water,” urging us to ask Hashem once again, “Turn to us, as our souls are overwhelmed by water.”
As always, this is a high-quality production, directed by conductor and arranger Meir Briskman. Chazzan Stark is accompanied on piano by the internationally renowned Menachem Bristowski, along with the ‘Core Music Collective’ choir.

Mordy Weinstein - Hadur Naeh - Official Music Video
"Hadur Na’eh," Mordy's latest composition, was composed through a personal connection. Written on Simchas Torah 2023, the day after the tragic events in Israel, the song is a tribute to Mordy's son, Noam. As they stood outside that day, watching the world go by, the gentle melody that came to Mordy provided comfort and solace during that difficult time. Because it was still Yom Tov, Mordy “wrote” the music using a combination of paper towels, beans, and rice.
The lyrics, taken from Yedid Nefesh, evoke thoughts of peace and healing for each individual person, as well as the entire world - which we seek so desperately in these trying times.

Agudah Works for Klal Yisroel—And For YOU!
Today’s landscape in this country is as chaotic as it has ever been. We live in times marked by attacks, hate, and economic strain.
It’s painful that still, these days, we witness individuals and communities being excluded and discriminated against, hoping someone will do something about it.
But someone is doing something about it.
Day in and day out, the Agudah does what needs to be done. From Capitol Hill to Town Hall, from courtroom to classroom, they advocate for our way of life, fighting for our schools, shuls, values, and freedoms.
HOWEVER, WHEREVER, WHENEVER. THIS IS WHAT WE DO
We do so to ensure that funding for schools is appropriated while our curricula remain appropriate. We work to ensure that Special Ed isn’t compromised by the Board of Ed and to have the means to pull all stops when hospitals insist on pulling plugs. We work to help families in pursuit of affordable living to build, expand, and flourish; to strengthen our voting bloc; and to keep the traditions of shechita off the chopping block. We work behind the scenes so we can walk as yidden openly and safely.
We do what needs doing so that when there’s a problem in Houston, a hindrance in Jackson, or an eiruv to erect in Evanston, they have the collective power to step in on behalf of the tzibur while filling in the gaps for the yochid.
The Agudah needs our support to continue fighting our battles, advocating for our values, and helping our communities flourish and grow.
The Agudah is raising $10 million, and we need YOU to make the campaign a success!
THIS IS WHAT WE’RE DOING!
Donate generously.
Spread the word.
Support the crucial work of the Agudah.

Yeedle - VaYehi Binsoa - Music Video
However, amidst the tension and misunderstanding, a remarkable transformation unfolds. As the music intensifies, the families begin to appreciate their diversity and their profound connection as brothers and sisters, family members in one Jewish nation.
VaYehi Binsoa reflects a universal truth: every wedding is a union of two strangers from unique backgrounds. Thus, this fusion, under the chuppah, is an eis ratzon, an auspicious time for close connection to Hashem.
In essence, every time two Jews unite despite their preconceived judgments, they create an eis ratzon, for it is this oneness that is precisely what Hashem desires from us. יש שישים רבו אותיות לתורה Our inherent bond, what unifies Klal Yisrael, is our souls' shared experience at Har Sinai and our collective eternal connection to the Torah Hakedosha.
On Shabbos and Yom Tov at Mincha, as every yid, irrespective of their background or level of observance, embraces the 600,000 letters/souls comprising our Torah from the Aron Kodesh, we are gifted an eis ratzon. By embracing that which unites us, our tefillos can be amplified. Knowing that we now have “proteksia” let us daven with great cheer, as the passuk says: for our enemies to be vanquished, for Moshiach to come, for unity in our homeland, and for the sounds of Torah to emanate from Zion and Yerushalayim, speedily in our days.

Shevach: Yegia Kapecha sung by Asher & Yosef Schick
Welcome to Shevach, a label born from the heart of the Schick family, dedicated to sharing the beauty of Yiddeshe Niggunim with the world. 'Shevach' means praise, but it is also an acronym for 'Sheva Benei Chana,' a testament to our family's legacy.
For years, we've been creating warm and harmonious music, full of heart and soul, passing it down through generations and sharing it privately with our community. Now, we're thrilled to make our music available to the public, so everyone can enjoy the spirit and joy that it brings.
Our mother, a pillar of faith and courage, has been the inspiration behind our music. Her dedication to Torah, family, and community is a shining example to us all. A musical genius in her own right, she's composed and arranged countless pieces, including the beloved 'Rachel's Plays.' Her humility and kindness have touched thousands, and we're honored to dedicate 'Music of the Soul' to her.
Shevach is more than just a label – it's a celebration of praise, family, and tradition. We hope you enjoy the songs and medleys we've curated over the years, and may they bring joy and inspiration to your life.
From the composer:
"As I wrote the tune, these words flowed from my mouth, inspired by the thought of generations built from just a single beautiful couple. It's a reminder that the courage to work hard and build can have a profound impact on generations to come, in all areas of life. We do our part, and G-d opens the floodgates of goodness.
I think of my grandmother, at 90 years old, standing alone yet so proud of the life she lived and the fruits she's reaping, even in this world, of the generations she's built through faith and courage in post-war America.
The poignant words from Perek 128 in Tehilim contain powerful blessings for the Yoray Shomayim: 'He should reap the fruits of his labors, his yegiyah in Torah; His wife should be fruitful and bear him many children, and he should live to see many doros of descendants.' This Perek is sung under the Chupah at German Chasunahs because of the beauty and significance of its manifold brachos for the new Chasan and Kallah.
May we merit to see the fruits of our labor, and may our efforts be blessed with prosperity and growth, just like the generations that have come before us.
Ultimately, we will all emerge from the darkness, and our little acts of kindness will bear fruit when the Geula Shelaima arrives, uniting all the generations in Yerushalayim Habenuya. Then, we will see the full beauty of our collective efforts, and the infinite goodness that has been bestowed upon us."
First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Hakadosh Baruch Hu for granting me the ability to be a shliach, to bring His holy niggunim into this world. I hope to be able to follow in the ways of Dovid Hamelech, who said about himself, "ואני תפילה" ("And I am prayer").
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Aunt Rivky for generously sponsoring this song.
Special thanks to Asher, my dear brother, for his outstanding performance. His sweet voice is a joy to listen to, and his encouragement has been invaluable in inspiring me to share my niggunim with the world. His involvement from start to finish has been instrumental in bringing this project to life.
I would also like to express my deepest appreciation to the incredibly talented Nochum Levitan, an exceptional producer, arranger, and musical genius in his own right! His expertise and artistry have elevated this song to new heights.
And lastly, I would like to thank the talented team at I & Me Media - your expertise and dedication are second to none!
I am also forever grateful to my Eishes Chayil for her unwavering courage and support, which has meant the world to me throughout. - Yosef

TYH Presents: Min Hameitzar | Steinmetz & Meisels
We recite this passuk before blowing the shofar because the shofar’s cry represents our innermost self—the purest part of us that yearns to connect and return to Hashem. Like the shofar, this voice sometimes emerges from a narrow, place, and we ask Hashem to allow it to resonate in a broad, open space, symbolizing clarity and expansiveness of mind.
When words fall short, the shofar becomes our voice, expressing what we cannot put into words—the deep desire to draw close and return to our Source.

IDF Soldiers Families Struggle With Basics Nationwide
Women of Valor, Who Can Find Them?
Their husbands r"l fell in battle in battle defending Israel. Now they struggle with basic needs for their children. How will they survive without? _We know who they are. We know where they are. We know what they need._
Can we leave them alone with their children to fend for themselves?
An official campaign has been launched to support the families of our brave soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice to protect what is most precious to us all. We have boots on the ground working with the utmost sensitivity by the families side. We research what is lacking, aquire and distribute what basics are needed most, and even procure special items that each family specifically requests based upon their unique situations. For some that is a bar or bas mitzvah celebration, for others it is a fan or air conditioner, a handyman to fix up a broken door or a leak, provide missing household items, or even a musical instrument for that special child.
Your donation today assures that these Women of Valor can lead a house with some normalcy and stability, without the scourge of poverty and debt troubling their already heavy hearts hearts. Your help will ensure their children get any additional help they need, learn healthy hobbies from after school programs (chugim), and can keep their heads high. Perhaps most importantly, your participation will let these almanos, mothers of new yesomim know they are not forgotten, they are not alone, and that they are duly acknowledged as the true Women of Valor they are.
It's what their husbands HYD would have wanted most.
Let us join together, as Am Yisroel, the _Am Kadosh_ . We must not let these families collapse. They gave everything.
