Avraham Fried Sings Yehuda Green's Nishmas
The anual Purim event of Yeshivat Hesder Ramat Gan took place this year (Purim 2011) in the Kefar Hamaccabiah Hall.
Performers included, the Ami Cohen band, Sruli Hershtik and his choir, Shloime Daskal, Shloime Cohen, child soloist Motti Stern, and Avraham Fried surprised the crowd with an appearance.

The Hamburglar
A 21-year-old college student turned himself into police after media coverage of Sunday's burglary at a Cedar Falls McDonald's. Surveillance cameras at the restaurant on 1st street captured video of Teslow breaking in through the drive-thru window around 2 a.m. on Sunday. He was in the building for about half an hour. During that time, he cooked himself a burger and fries. Teslow faces up to five years in prison and a minimum fine of $750.

Moshe Antelis (the Father) has played for Piamenta and every band since, at gigs and simchas, Shaindel (the Daughter) has two albums and has a growing following and Jake (the Son) has a studio (Jantelis Studios)that has worked with some artists like; Moshe Hecht, Omek Hadaver, Yaakov Chesed and Hello Sid.

Pilot Cheated Death on Live TV
Pilot cheated death on live TV when his helicopter crashed as he was putting up a seven-storey Christmas tree. Television viewers in New Zealand watched in horror as the blades of Greg Gribble's helicopter became tangled in cables attached to scaffolding on Auckland's waterfront. Dramatic footage shows the rear of the helicopter snapping, flinging Mr Gribble out of the front door of the helicopter, then slamming him back through its side door. The pilot escaped without serious injuries and nobody on the ground was reported hurt.

Tragedy in LA - One Killed Another Hurt Outside Shul
Los Angeles, CA - A prominent Orthodox Jewish activist was killed and a local rabbi was critically injured when they were struck by a car in the Larchmont area. The accident happened at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday Morning November 22, 2011 at North La Brea Avenue and Oakwood Avenue.
80-year-old Dov Landau, a well-known Orthodox Jewish activist from Los Angeles, was killed. Rabbi Shmuel Jacobs was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in critical condition. They were hit in front of Bais Yehuda Shul after they left an early morning minyan

Humongous Demolition in Scotland
Thousands of people watched the "blow-down" of the 17-storey Glencairn Tower in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, UK, at about 12:15. About 100kg of explosives were used to raze the building to the ground. A clear-up operation in the surrounding area is under way. The tower block was built in the 1960s and was removed to make way for new low-rise affordable housing. The controlled explosion was carried out by Technical Demolition Services (TDS) with support from Precision Demolition Company.

Football Makes Children Cry
