A 21-year-old college student turned himself into police after media coverage of Sunday's burglary at a Cedar Falls McDonald's. Surveillance cameras at the restaurant on 1st street captured video of Teslow breaking in through the drive-thru window around 2 a.m. on Sunday. He was in the building for about half an hour. During that time, he cooked himself a burger and fries. Teslow faces up to five years in prison and a minimum fine of $750.
