Child Sings Song Honoring Lubavitcher Rebbe's Birthday

112 years ago, on this very day, a beautiful loving soul filled with great light, entered our world. The Lubavitcher Rebbe was born in 1902, on the 11th day of Nissan, in Nikolaev, Russia, to the renowned Mekubel, Gaon and Rav, Rabbi Levi Yitzchak and Rebbetzin Chana Schneerson. Rebbetzin Chana (1880-1964) was known for her erudition, kindness and extraordinary accessibility.

Every year on a persons birthday we begin to say the chapter that would reflect the number right above our new age. Thus this Kapital 113 is presented to honor the Rebbe for his 112th birthday. This custom applies even after the Rebbe's passing.

Protest In Jerusalem Over Jailed Yeshiva Draft Dodger

Riots broke out in Jerusalem Today April 10 2014 after more then 1 thousand of ultra-Orthodox Jews protested the arrest of a student after he dodged the IDF draft.

Eliahu Cohen, a yeshiva student, was arrested Monday and sentenced to 20 days in prison, where he will spend Passover. Police blocked roads around the area of demonstration. Some protesters threw rocks at police and five were arrested. A new conscription law states that yeshiva students between the ages of 18 and 22 are required to report to the IDF.  Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach, who is known for his stance against the draft of yeshiva students, criticized the decision to leave Cohen in prison during Passover.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says protesters in Jerusalem hurled stones and bottles at police and set trash bins on fire. He said police on horseback pushed them back and five were arrested.

Dutch Reporter Falls Off Boat During Interview

A Dutch reporter was interviewing the mayor of Kampen on a boat when she leaned a little too far over and fell in the water.  The reporter was able to tread water and the mayor tried to assist her with his golden mayoral necklace until someone tossed her a life saver. The viral blooper seems too perfect and too funny to be true,

Questions over its authenticity were first raised.  It has since emerged that the 'reporter', Martje Oesterholt, was not actually a reporter at all but rather a marketing consultant working for a local sailing company.

PM Netanyahu With Bar Mitzvah Boys

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Meeting Bar Mitzvah Boys

One hundred and thirteen orphans from all over Israel celebrated their bar mitzva ceremonies together with their relatives on Monday, at a giant event in Jerusalem. The humanitarian arm of Chabad, Colel Chabad hosted the event, which began with a ceremony at the Western Wall and continued at the International Convention Center. The initiative aims to give the orphaned children a memorable bar mitzva that will aid them in their rehabilitation following the family tragedies they have undergone.

Capoeria By Brazilian Chayat Brothers In Jerusalem

Two ultra-Orthodox brothers from Jerusalem have found new popularity after setting up a dojo in Bnei Brak in which they are training some 200 ultra-Orthodox students in the Brazilian martial art known as Capoeira centuries old self-defense practice that combines dance, acrobatics, and music.

Brothers, Miki and Yehuda Hayat, ages 24 and 20 respectively, have been actively marketing the art form in the predominantly ultra-Orthodox sectors of Jerusalem as an acceptable way for the ultra-Orthodox to participate in martial arts.

The origins of Capoeira date back to the 16th century, when Brazilian slaves took to developing dance moves to conceal the fact they were, in fact, training themselves to fight.

Experts Demolish Exactly Half a Building in China

A large tower block in north eastern China has been split perfectly in half by a controlled explosion.  Construction workers manually cut through supporting walls in the middle of the Xiangyun Building in the city of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, before explosives were used to precisely demolish just one side.

The job is believed to have been divided in two in order to reduce the risk to the tightly-packed surrounding buildings.  Once the rubble is cleared away, the plan is to turn the site into a commercial complex, with an indoor theme park, huge five-star hotel, hypermarket, and office block.

Two-Year-Old's Car Wash Reactions

The sheer panic felt by a child experiencing a drive-thru car wash for the first time is captured in an adorable new home video.  Max Gibbons from Honolulu, Hawaii, filmed his two-year-old daughter sat on the back seat of the family vehicle as it was scrubbed clean by noisy brushes and high-powered jets.  The toddler quickly pulls a blanket over her head squealing 'no... no car wash' as the vehicle enters the cleaning contraption and as the sunlight disappears her yelps turn to small sobs.

From The Uploader: My daughter had a pretty adorable reaction to the automatic car wash. It was her first time through -- we tried coaching her beforehand so she'd be ready and not scared. Did not work. And don't worry -- she's pretty happy by the end and made a full emotional recovery.

FedEx Driver Runs Aafter His Van

CCTV picked up this out of control truck after a FedEx driver forgot to put on the handbrake during his delivery round.  The video shows him pulling up on a quiet street when three hounds suddenly begin barking and scrapping with each other outside a neighbors house.

Out of nowhere, the van begins to reverse- without its owner inside.  The hilarious dogs go wild, barking at the poor man as he runs after his vehicle and down the hill to try and stop it from rolling away.  He clings onto the door of the van, apparently trying to reach the breaks, but when he can't keep up the clumsy driver has no choice but to stand and watch in horror as his motor crashes.  The dog squad, meanwhile, falls silent to watch the excruciating crash from the end of their garden before making a swift exit as it reverses into the brick wall.
