The Rebbe's Nigunim #2 - Trailer
In the early 1950's the Lubavitcher Rebbe reintroduced and taught 14 Nggunim that became known affectionately as “The Rebbe’s Niggunim." Each melody is special, whether it is the tune of the rebellious general Shameil or the Nigun that was given to a Yid as a reward from above.
Join Zaidy as he explains the meaning and provides the background to seven of these unique melodies, then sing along with some of today's most popular performers as they act out the stories behind the Rebbe's Nigunim.

Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein Speech at UN General Assembly
Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, who was seriously injured in an anti-Semitic attack at Chabad of Poway, Calif., will address the U.N. General Assembly on Wednesday in a special session devoted to rising anti-Semitism around the world.
U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres opened the discussion, followed by the president of the U.N. General Assembly, María Fernanda Espinosa. Goldstein, who was invited at the personal request of Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon, will then address the session.
Ambassadors from countries around the world, the European coordinator for combating anti-Semitism and other dignitaries also addressed the gathering.
Goldstein was shot and wounded during the attack on April 27, when John Earnest, 19, entered the synagogue, shot and killed Lori Gilbert-Kaye, and wounded two others in addition to the rabbi. It took place exactly six months to the day after 11 Jewish worshippers were shot and killed at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh on Oct. 27, 2018.

"There was a huge storm the night before, I went to open the door from the inside and I saw shadows. I had to exit through my garage and turn the corner and saw a large number of frogs. There is usually one or two, that's why seeing all of those was a shock. Plus not knowing what kind of frog because they could've been poisonous. Japanese Zookeepers Preparing for a Lion Escape
Hilarious footage shows Japanese zookeepers preparing for a lion escape - by chasing a man in a lion costume.
Staff at Tobe Zoo in Ehime, south Japan, took part in an emergency drill on Saturday to make sure they could cope if one of their big cats escape.
A side-splitting video shows zoo workers staging an attempted lion escape in case one of the beasts managed to get out during an earthquake or other disaster.
At one point the camera cuts to a pair of real lions looking on bemused.
The clip begins with a group of workers erecting a net to block the 'creature' inside the site. The camera then cuts to a man stumbling around dressed up as a cartoon lion, before running towards the zookeepers and 'attacking' one of them through the net.
The employee falls to the floor before colleagues come to their rescue.
The second part of the video sees a minivan driving through the zoo as one worker takes aim at the person in costume with a toy gun, When the zookeeper fires, the man in costume falls to the ground as if they have actually been shot.
After checking to see if the 'lion' is dead by poking it with a long stick, the emergency workers rush out en masse to put the body in a bag.

Police Surprised by Four Legged Culprit
Oh deer! What police thought was a burglary in progress ended up being a frightened deer instead.
Police in Lufkin (about 170 miles southeast of Dallas) said they responded to a burglary after a homeowner said she heard glass break and that she was hiding in a closet with a weapon.
Police say an officer arrived and found a front window shattered. He also heard someone moving around inside the home and called for backup.
According to police, it turned out the homeowner didn’t have her weapon, and she said she left it on a kitchen counter, which made it believe that a suspect could be in possession of it.
Officers could be seen entering the home through the broken window with their weapons drawn and with one officer holding a shield.
The officers soon found themselves with a doe running around the home. The deer appeared to cause some damage inside the home.
The officers were able to eventually get the deer out of the house through the front door using kitchen chairs.
There were no officers injured during the incident, and the deer didn’t appear to be injured, as well.
“Can’t make this stuff up folks,” the department said.

The chasidus Kretshnef Yerushelaim was established by Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Rosenbaum, Admur Kretchnev-Sighet-Jerusalem in Kfar Atah in year 5708 to leave behind and in memory of his his father and grandfathers that were killed on Kiddush hashem in the Holocaust.
