A ‘flying’ crocodile jumped on a Swedish tourist in Litchfield National Park, Australia. Felix Andersson and his buddies were swimming at the Wangi Falls in the Northern Territory when they got too close to a crocodile sunbathing on a nearby rock. The leaping croc slapped Felix in the face before landing in the water.

Eagle Snatches Kid
A golden eagle circles a Montreal park before swooping down and appearing to grab a toddler with its claws and trying to fly off with him, The video shows the child's parent looking on in horror as the feathered beast, one of the world's deadliest birds of prey, apparently snatches the boy and lifts him a few feet off the ground. Footage then shows the eagle dropping the child on the grass a few feet away.

Jacob Ostreicher Released After 18 Months in Prison
A Bolivian judge on Tuesday released a New York Chasidic businessman and granted him house arrest after he was jailed for 18 months without charge despite strong evidence that he was fleeced and extorted by corrupt prosecutors.
Jacob Ostreicher, a married father of five and grandfather of 11, was arrested in June 2011 by Bolivian police while he was overseeing a rice growing venture that he had invested in. He was accused of money laundering but 18 months later has yet to be formally charged with any crimes. NY Assemblyman Dov Hikind, who was the first U.S. politician to be extremely vocal in his support for the jailed businessman and his family, as well as a confidant and an advocate for the Ostreicher family, called today’s news “the beginning of the end of Jacob Ostreicher’s nightmare.”

A grief-stricken Newtown on Monday began burying the littlest victims of the school massacre. Family and friends streamed to the funeral home to say goodbye to 6-year-old Noah Pozner. Noah, whose father is Jewish, was the first to be buried among the 26 victims of Friday's massacre at the school in Newtown, Conn. He was remembered at his funeral Monday as a sweet loving child who liked to explore how things worked mechanically.
