On 26th November, the #MarchAgainstAntisemitism saw Britain’s biggest gathering against antisemitism in a lifetime.
One of the highlights of the day was Chazan Jonny Turgel leading the moving Acheinu prayer, a call for unity and peace.

How the IDF soldiers were saved from a powerful bomb. See the two videos below.
The video below was released by Hamas YM"S. In connection to this clip, pro Hamas/anti Jewish outlets were reporting the following: “At dawn today, the Qassam Mujahideen were able to monitor the positioning of dozens of occupation soldiers (60 soldiers) inside tents at their positioning point east of Juhr al-Dik. So the Mujahideen planted 3 anti-personnel bombs in a circular pattern around the position, and at exactly 4:30 the bombs were detonated among the occupation soldiers. One of the Mujahideen advanced to finish off the remaining members of the force, and the Mujahideen withdrew to their positions safely after killing a large number of occupation soldiers.”
The connection between this video and report to the story related in the top video, has not been confirmed.

The song emanates from a flow of various emotions.
As we stand in our homes in 5784 and we once again connect the flame of the Shamash to the first holy light of the Menorah there is a sense of awe at the sheer perseverance of Am Yisrael and the eternal existence that we, the Jewish people are a part of.
In the deepest darkness of exile and facing Antisemitism through so many years of pain, suffering and oppression we are still standing and with humility and joy we are illuminating the darkness with the holiest light on earth, the light of the Menorah.
In each of our holy Jewish homes, whether on our windowsill or at our front doors we are continuing the Avodah of the Bais Hamikdash kindling the light of torah spreading the message of holiness and eternity.
So ultimately, it’s a song of triumph inspired by the awe that we not only won over the darkness of Yovon the Greeks , but we will win again over the darkness of this long and bitter Golus as we greet Moshiach speedily in our days.
