Astronauts Play with GoPro in a Floating Bubble
What does the view look like from inside a water bubble
Earlier this year, astronauts on the International Space Station completely submersed a GoPro video recorder inside a water bubble
The crew pushed a sealed GoPro camera into a floating ball of water, about the size of a grapefruit, and filmed the results from both the GoPro and other cameras. With its typical flair for efficient language, Nasa described the process as an ‘experiment’, explaining: ‘During Expedition 40 in the summer of 2014, Nasa astronauts Steve Swanson and Reid Wiseman, along with European Space Agency astronaut Alexander Gerst, explored the phenomenon of water surface tension in microgravity on the International Space Station.’
In layman’s terms, three guys screwed around with a GoPro. The footage shows Wiseman and Swanson making the ball by releasing water into the weightlessness of the space station. Wiseman then simply pushes the GoPro into the mass of water.
Getting the camera into the bubble proved easier than getting it out. The water, without gravity to pin it to one particular place, covers everything it touches – the camera, the astronauts’ hands, the other cameras they’re using, everything.
Hopefully, they’ve mopped it all up by now.

Israeli Police Perform CPR on Arab Boy in Chevron
You wont ever see this in the news.
November 5, 2014 - Israeli Border Guard policemen on routine patrol in the Chevron casbah identified a Palestinian boy lying unconscious on the floor. A police officer and a paramedic team quickly ran to the boy, while reporting the incident and calling for additional medical help.
Early examination of the boy showed he was not breathing and had no pulse. The Israeli Border Guards began to resuscitate him by performing CPR and mouth to mouth, while removing obstacles in his mouth that had caused him to suffocate. The Border Guards continued their lifesaving efforts for several minutes until the arrival of a Red Crescent medical team. The boy was then brought to the hospital.
The spokesperson for the Border Guards told Tazpit News Agency that as it turns out, the Palestinian boy had been electrocuted. However, thanks to the efforts of the policemen in those first minutes after the boy's collapse, his life was later saved in hospital.

Arab Cartoon Paints ‘Accurate’ Picture of Moshiach
Arabs and the rest of the world, get ready, this video will become reality very soon.
An Arab filmmaker produced this shocking video meant to prevent Jews from praying on the Temple Mount. While the intention is to incite hatred, the actual portrayal is ironically a seemingly accurate depiction of the coming of Moshiach with the ultimate redemption and the building of the third a and eternal Beis Hamikdosh, may it be speedily in our days.

Seismic Win For Republicans in Midterm Elections
With the republicans wining big in Tuesday's election, giving them the majority of seats in congress, they now control both the house and the senate. This leaves the President with almost nothing but veto power, unless he overcomes the challenge of working together with his rival majority in both houses.

Robotic Penguin Doing Undercover Work in Antarctica
Penguins are considered a pretty smart species, so don’t tell them they’ve recently been fooled by a four-wheeled rover robot disguised as a baby chick.
Since human contact stresses out emperor penguins, a team of international scientists studying in Antarctica recently figured out how to get up-close and personal with a breeding colony without actually going near them at all.

Dozens Protest at Jerusalem Attack Site
Dozens of people demonstrated Wednesday night at the location of the terror attack committed earlier in the day, in Jerusalem. The demonstrators called for revenge and for Yitzchak Aharonovich, the Minister of Internal Security, to resign.
The car terror attack in Jerusalem today killed a Border Patrol officer, and injured 13 others. Two people are in critical condition and three in moderate condition.
The terrorist, Ibrahim Al-Akari, a resident of Shuafat in eastern Jerusalem, ran over a group of pedestrians, continued driving and struck another vehicle traveling along the road. He hit another vehicle before being stopped.
Al-Akari descended from the vehicle with a crowbar and began attacking passers-by. Police and Border Patrol officers shot him and killed him.
This is only the latest protest against Aharonovich - who, along with Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino, has become a focal point for criticism over what many perceive as an inadequate response to the constant cycle of violence in Jerusalem - prompting much drama around goings-on in the police and the government over how the attacks have been handled.
Just days ago, a Cabinet meeting erupted into a series of criticisms over Aharonovich's term as minister, after several MKs blasted his handling of recent terror attacks in light of last week's attempted murder of Temple Mount activist Yehuda Glick.

Terror in Jerusalem: Palestinian Rams Van Into Crowd
Jerusalem - A Palestinian man rammed his car into a crowded train platform in east Jerusalem on Wednesday November 5, 2014, and then attacked people with an iron bar, killing one person and injuring 13 in what authorities called a terror attack before he was shot dead by the police.
It was the second such attack in the past two weeks, and deepened already heightened tensions between Arabs and Jews in the city. Earlier Wednesday, Israeli police had dispersed dozens of masked Palestinians who threw rocks and firecrackers near a contested holy site in Jerusalem’s Old City.
Police said the motorist slammed his car into the train platform in east Jerusalem first, backed out and proceeded to drive away, hitting several cars along the way. He then got out of the car and attacked a group of civilians and police officers on the side of the road with a metal bar before he was shot and killed.
Police said the 38-year-old Palestinian identified as Ibrahim al-Akri had recently been released from prison after serving time for security offenses. There was no immediate claim of responsibility by any Palestinian organization but the Islamic militant group Hamas welcomed the attack.
Israel’s Minister of Public Security Yitzhak Ahronovich said civilians and police officers were among the wounded. He praised the police officer who neutralized the Palestinian attacker, saying that “a terrorist who attacks civilians deserves to be killed.”
East Jerusalem has experienced unrest since the summer, with Palestinian youths throwing stones and firebombs at motorists and clashing frequently with Israeli police. The violence gained steam last month, when a Palestinian motorist rammed his car into a crowded train station, killing a 3-month-old Israeli-American girl and a woman from Ecuador.

Muslim Sheikh Dancing at Orthodox Jewish Wedding
Muslim Sheikh al-Atrash Dancing at the Wedding of ZAKA volunteer Baraleh Yakobowitz last week in Israel
His participation at the wedding did not go without repercussions.
The story reportedly began when the man, identified only as “A,” shared the video on Facebook which had been circulating for some time on social networks, in which Sheik al-Atrash was seen dancing at the wedding of ZAKA volunteer Berale Yaakovovitch. He also gave a speech at the event in which he blessed the bride and groom on their path together.
A’s post apparently led to many negative and disparaging comments against the sheikh from across the Arab world, some of which reached the man himself. Al-Atrash turned to the traditional Bedouin religious court, the “Haq al-Arab,” and sued “A” for dishonoring him. The court slapped “A” with an NIS 1.2 million fine that's about $316K for allegedly hurting the sheikh’s honor, leaving him thunderstruck.

Man Blindfolded Wire Walks Between Skyscrapers
Daredevil Nik Wallenda wowed Chicago and the world Sunday night November 2 2014, with two hair-raising skyscraper crossings on the high wire without a safety net or a harness. Thousands of cheering fans packed the streets around the city’s Marina City towers to watch the 35-year-old heir to the Flying Wallendas’ family business complete the back-to-back walks including one wearing a blindfold.
As he stepped from the wire after completing the second leg, he tore off his blindfold and waved to the crowd of thousands below who erupted in cheers. The spectacle was telecast almost-live on the Discovery Channel so producers could cut away if Wallenda fell.
A year before Wallenda was born, his great-grandfather fell to his death during a tightrope stunt in Puerto Rico. He was 73.
