The bear could only eat food made with natural ingredients, so the standard fare from food trucks in Manhattan such as pretzels, hot dogs and stacks of pizza were non-starters for the animal, who terrorized a few carts. The animal roared at quite a few terrified New Yorkers, but a lot of passersby just looked at the loose wild animal with bemusement and snapped pictures with their phones.
The stunt was a real-world extension of the Chobani commercial in which a bear throws a tantrum in a small town's general store because it can't find food with 100% natural ingredients. The bear finally settles on a honey Chobani yogurt, though the clerk is too terrified to ring the animal up.
