A Brooklyn man Ephraim Klein HY"D was 47, he was feeling the joy of a father whose son was going to be married this weekend.This morning, while parking his car he was hit by gunfire and killed. Cops don't know who fired the shots on Carroll Street in Crown Heights, or why. Was he a target, or was this a stray bullet?
