Chusid Breslov - DJ Farbreng Feat. Moshe Storch
For most of us, if someone would instruct us to stand up, lift our hands above our head, and start dancing, it would make us very uncomfortable. We’d much prefer having them crossed across our chest, or hanging at our sides, in their default position.
But dancing is such a powerful tool as it builds confidence, relieves stress, and helps us feel unlimited!
When attaining simcha you need to be free without physical restrictions!
To break free from a world of limitations, constant restrictions, and a lot of insecurities, which are all things which affect both our bodies and our minds, we have to loosen up and avail ourselves of this incredibly powerful tool while allowing our external actions to profoundly affect our internal psyche.
Rebbe Nachman talks about Mili D’Shtusa… the benefit of engaging in seemingly foolish activities. He encourages us to perform foolish acts such as jumping, laughing, and dancing for no apparent reason. But he knew the ultimate truth; that these movements really help!
Let’s all get out of our small-mindedness and into this light-as-a-feather feeling of true joy and simcha!

Living with the Daily Fear of Losing My Baby Ruchie R"L
“It’s now a year and a half that I’m living with the daily fear of losing my baby.”
Ruchie was born with a serious congenital heart defect. Only four days after birth, she underwent catheterization, followed by intricate open-heart surgery, which was only the beginning…Please click here to help Ruchie’s parents
We spend our days, weeks and months running back and forth between hospitalizations, which makes it impossible for either of us to keep a steady job.
Ruchie’s treatments are also very expensive, and it’s reached the point that our fridge and cabinets are bare!
We’re flat broke, and we can’t afford to buy the basics.
I’d give anything to keep Ruchie alive. I’d sacrifice food, clothing, anything at all if it meant that she could live. But that’s not enough, because we also need to pay for Ruchie’s medicines and treatments in order to keep her alive. We need money to continue paying for her life-saving medications and treatments.
We need money to fly abroad for the only surgery that can save her life!
Save my daughter! Save our home from total collapse!
Please.

Motty Atias - Briev Tzi Yanky (Official Music Lyrics Video)
On Tuesday February 9th we got informed that our beloved friend Yanky Grosinger is in a critical condition, and fighting for his life, but sadly that night he was taken from us.
For the past 4 years Yanky was an active member of the famous Geldzahler Chabura which is located in Jerusalem. In a visit in May of 2021 Motty Atias connected to this great Chabura thanks to Yanky’s warm embrace.
Having a personal relationship with Yanky, Motty felt an emotional connection to the tragedy, so he composed A Melody and asked his Close friend Rab Hershy Leitner for a Musical opinion. Together they polished this heartwarming song and tried getting it to good quality.
Between the days of working on this project, we unexpectedly lost another good friend of ours, Hatzadik Kalmy Sofer A"H, which sadly broke our broken hearts again. Therefore this song is dedicated in Memory of all our dear friends who recently lost their lives Hashem Yeracheim, including Hachusen Yanky Grosinger A"H, Kalmy Sofer A"H, Yiddy Lebowitz ZT"L.

Palestinian Terrorist kills Five in Bnei Brak Shooting Spree
The gunman was killed by two police officers following a rampage just before 8 p.m. that saw him open fire on people out walking, riding bikes, or driving in their cars in the city east of Tel Aviv. One of the two officers sustained injuries in the incident and later died of his wounds in the hospital.
The attack, the third deadly terror incident in a week, underlined concerns about an escalating wave of violence ahead of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. “Israel is facing a wave of murderous Arab terrorism,” Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said late Tuesday. “The security forces are at work. We will fight terrorism with persistence, diligence and an iron fist.”
The Levaya of Reb Yaakov Yisrael Shalom, h’yd, He was a 36-year-old father of four who was murdered as he was driving his car on the streets of Bnei Brak near his home. He is the son of HaGaon HaRav Meir Shalom, z’tl, a prominent Rav of the Teimani community in Bnei Brak, who was niftar of COVID last year.
The Levaya of Reb Avishai Yechezkel, h’yd, a 29-year-old melameid in the Talmud Torah Ohr Dovid, murdered while taking his two-year-old son for a walk in a stroller to put him to sleep. He left behind his son, his wife, who is in her eighth month of pregnancy, parents, and siblings

Masbia Opens Food Warehouse Just In Time For Passover
Since NYC recently drastically stopped deliveries from their emergency pandemic reserve (see story here), the opening of this site will act as Masbia's own strategic reserve.
"What Masbia needs now is help from all the good people out there to keep this strategic reserve full with food. Even with room for over a hundred pallets in this warehouse, in a regular week our network gives out more than that. Before Passover, that's less than a day's worth of food. But having at least some food as reserve definitely is a huge help", said Alexander Rapaport, Executive Director of Masbia Soup Kitchen Network.
"We are also shifting our distribution strategy where we try to deliver to large families instead of them coming to us, thanks to a generous donation we got from the delivery company known as DoorDash. This new location will help us scale up to be able to do a lot more deliveries this Passover season", Rapaport continued.
"We call our Passover food distribution the Charoset Drive, and it's because it's the food on the Seder plate that looks the same in every home. To some, matzah is round, to others it is square. To some, matzah balls are a must and to others matzah balls are gebrauchts. But this sweet little paste on the seder plate we all do the same. So I ask everyone to come together and help us make Passover a little sweeter for everyone."
Throughout the Passover season, Masbia expects to serve 20,000 families through raw food distributions, which will include special holiday staples for families to be able to prepare their own Seder and Kosher for Passover meals. Masbia will also serve 4,000 ready-to-eat meals on Passover during the days of Passover for those who are unable to prepare food for themselves. We need to raise $2,232,000 to cover the food.
