Blocking this content on copyright grounds is the most idiotic thing ever done on such grounds; a true shooting oneself in the foot, and at least personally I consider it a Chilul HaSh-m.
I invented the DLP imaging technology in 1974 and never made, or will made a cent from it; an untold numer of lives have been lost through hampering its development which was intended for medical purposes and now that the technology finally exists preventing its publicization is an outright crime!
As a real student and follower of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach זצ"ל I can hereby confidently claim that he would not have wanted thir or any recording of his Divine Message suppressed or used to coerce money flow; he encouraged his audience to record all his performances and lessons, EXPLICITLY giving away not only all copyright to his music but even the cash he was paid to perform (he would only perform for cash at the end of the concert, or most of the times, for free) he gave it away in charity immediately after received it, it was literally red hot in his hands.
