This video shows the heat-stopping moment a young child was nearly killed after his pram almost rolled into a 30mph road.
Captured on 25-year-old Rebecca Moran's dashcam, the footage was taken on the morning of June 29 in Woodville, Derbys, as Rebecca was en route to work.
The vehicle approaching a house as a pram gradually rolls out on to the road before she slams her breaks. The mother of the child then grabs the pram, before mouthing an apology to Rebecca.

Hi, I know you started your site with just some entertaining things.I come to look at it once in a while because you used to post inspirational and nice things going on in the Jewish world. There is so much negativity and bad news in the world, and there is also so much good in the world, wouldn’t it be nice if you could brighten up peoples days with the happy and inspiring things. I’ve noticed recently you’ve posted a lot of disastrous things, near accidents, etc. I used to think I got something from coming on your site, I’m not sure anymore.Please consider my idea.
