Brive’le – Shira Choir & Sababa ft. Avrum Chaim Green

Highlighting Gemach Hatzolah’s marquee 20th anniversary event, the soon-to-be-classic “Brive’le” got a signature Shira/Sababa treatment before thousands of spellbound attendees.

Avrum Chaim Green, in his penultimate video appearance as child soloist, joined a select unit of alto and tenor voices from Shira Choir to elevate this treasured song. The composition hails from the library of renowned hit-maker Motty Illowitz as an original entry in Motty Steinmetz’s inaugural album, Haneshama Bekirbi.

The ensemble is carried deftly on the swelling accompaniment of Sababa Band, an exceptional musical entourage led by orchestral maestro Mendy Hershkowitz. Much like the lyrics implore, this entire performance is worth writing home
