Man Smashes Jewish Restaurant in Amsterdam
A man waving a Palestinian flag launched an attack on a Jewish restaurant in Amsterdam just hours after Trump announced that the US now recognizes Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Video filmed by a bystander shows the man using a piece of wood to smash in the windows of the kosher venue in Willemspark, one of Amsterdam's most affluent neighbourhoods, on Thursday morning.
The man was reportedly screaming 'Allahu Akbar' - God is Great - during the attack on the restaurant, which a Dutch Jewish organisation has branded 'an act of terror'.
Video shows how two police officers appear to try to calm him down, but he continues to vandalise the front of the building, before breaking into the seemingly closed venue through the glass door.
The footage from AT5 shows the man, who is wearing a black and white Keffiyeh scarf which has become a symbol of Palestine, emerge from the restaurant with an Israeli flag.
As soon as he comes out again, the two police officers spray him with pepper spray and slam him to the ground.
Amsterdam police said in a statement that a 29-year-old man had been arrested after the incident and that an investigation has been launched.

NYPD Smart-Car Drives by Pedestrians on Sidewalk
BOROUGH PARK, Brooklyn — Surveillance video shows an NYPD “smart vehicle, lights and sirens blaring, driving down a pedestrian-lacked sidewalk. One man pulled a young girl out of the car’s path, just in time.
Pedestrians were clearly startled as the car drove down the sidewalk. “Hopefully he had an emergency call. But, no idea. It’s a dangerous time, kids walk around, and children, parents,” a resident named Chaim said. “I’m just happy to hear that no one got hurt.”
This happened around 3:15 p.m. in a predominantly Orthodox Jewish neighborhood. The sidewalks were buzzing with activity and traffic. PIX11 News reached out to the NYPD about its policy regarding vehicles using sidewalks in an emergency. An NYPD spokesperson said: “We are aware of the video. This incident is under internal review.” “I’d be petrified if I’d seen something like that happen,” one resident said. “And I’m standing out there. Should be illegal – he should be a lot more careful.”

Today's supermoon begins Sunday, December 3, 2017, starting at 10:47 AM ET, when the Moon is full and unusually close to the Earth. It is nearest at 3:42 AM ET on Dec 4, where is will be 222,135 miles form earth.

Man's Door-shattering Entrance Leaves him Frozen
A delivery man was left stunned and holding nothing but the handle after he shattered a glass door while trying to make a quick entrance into a restaurant.
CCTV captured in China’s Shantou City on Sunday shows the delivery man running up the steps outside the restaurant in a rush to get to the glass door. He grabs the door handle and tries to burst inside, but ends up breaking the glass door into thousands of pieces.
The delivery man stands there in shock for several seconds, holding the door handle suddenly freed from the glass. He looks around the restaurant bewildered by what happened.
Fortunately no one was injured by the man’s incredible entrance. However, several patrons appeared to look on almost as shocked by the scene as he was.
