Motorcycle Riders Perform Stunts at Parade
Motorcycle riders brought the streets of New Delhi to life on Thursday, performing daredevil stunts as part of India’s 68th Republic Day parade. The Corps of Military Police motorcycle display team, known as 'Shwet Ashwa,' was joined by a large display of the country's military hardware and troops, as soldiers marched and rode past on horseback alongside trucks and tanks.

A North Salt Lake, Utah police officer's dashboard camera captured a train colliding with a FedEx semi pulling two trailers. No one in the truck's cab or on the train was injured. The video shows that railroad crossing arms were raised and warning signals were not flashing.

Dog Saves his Friend from Raging River
A brave dog saved his friend by pulling him out of a rushing river. Or, he just really wanted to take the stick.
Footage from Córdoba, Argentina shows a black lab eagerly chasing a stick tossed near violent water
He leaps across a small current and onto slippery rock to claim his prize. A yellow lab trails behind and watches his friend beat him to the punch.
In a terrifying moment, the black dog slips from a rock and into the river. Even though he is splashed and pulled under the water, he does not let that stick budge from his grasp. He gets pushed by the current through a small dip in the river when the heroic yellow dog grabs the stick clutched between the black dog's teeth.
Both pups maintain an impressive grip on the stick. The yellow lab pulls his buddy onto a rock to safety. The black dog abandons the stick and starts shaking off. The yellow dog then walks out of the frame holding the stick, indicating victory.
Neither dogs were injured in the video. The owner said in the video description both pups knew the area well.

Trump Admin. Refuses Comment on Israeli Construction
President Donald Trump's administration refused to be drawn Tuesday on whether he backs Israel's decision to approve 2,500 new settler homes in Judea and Samaria.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense MinisterAvigdor Liberman gave the green light to the new construction in Judea and Samaria.
The previous US administration, under Barack Obama, had viewed such building as "illegitimate" and in recent months warned that such construction could derail hopes of a negotiated two-state solution.

Ball Boy Drains 3 Straight Half-Court Shots
A ball boy for the University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team made three consecutive half-court shots at halftime during a Carolina basketball game vs NC State.
Asher Lucas and his fellow ball boys were shooting around during the halftime break of the game. He made the first one, which garnered a small cheer from the crowd. After he hit the second one, the crowd became much more enthusiastic. Upon making the third shot, the crowd was in absolute frenzy as Asher ran around the court in celebration.

19 Buildings Demolished in 10 Seconds
A total of 19 buildings in Wuhan's downtown area were demolished by five tons of explosives at one-time in only 10 seconds Saturday in central China's Hubei Province.
The blast area is located in the city's downtown area which is next to a light rail viaduct, residential communities, shopping mall, transformer substation and some other infrastructure facilities.
"For this kind of large-scale blasting demolition conducted in the downtown area, we not only need to guarantee the demolition result, but also strictly control the adverse effects of blasting," said Jia Yongsheng, general director of the blasting.
Jia said they set more than 120,000 muzzles and prepared five tons of explosives. In order to guarantee safety, they set the collapse time by the millisecond.
"The demolition effect was quite ideal. The explosion didn’t affect the light rail and public facilities around the blasted buildings. There was no damage and adverse effects of blasting," said Jia.

Dubai Firefighters Reach New Heights
Firefighters in Dubai are set to become even more like superheros with the introduction of jetpacks.
Dubai Civil Defence recently launched the Dolphin, a jetski equipped with a jetpack and fire hose which will allow firefighters easy access to fires on boats, bridges and shoreline buildings.
The jetpack forces water at high pressure through the firefighters' boots, propelling them up into the air and allowing them to reach tall bridges.
The government's media office has released a dramatic training video of a firefighter racing through the city's canal on the Dolphin. He then takes to the air and with a hose over his shoulder manages to put out a pickup truck fire. As part of the Dolphin plan, they also intend to create floating fire stations to tackle blazes from the water.
The director general of Dubai's Civil Defence, Major General Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, said the Dolphin will shorten response times during peak traffic hours, when the city state's traffic can prevent emergency vehicles moving quickly through the city.

London Traffic Police Sparks Brawl with Chasidic Jews
A traffic warden was bundled to the ground by a group of Orthodox Jewish men after he tried to run one of them over with his motorized scooter.
Astonishing video footage shows the warden mowing down one of the group, before his bike arches up and smashes down onto a man as he tumbles into the road. The shocking incident unfolded after the group confronted the warden as he tried to flee the scene in Hackney, north London.
It is not known how the confrontation erupted, but before the collision eye-witness footage shows the warden hit some of the men with his helmet - after wildly swinging it around like a weapon. After the warden is thrown from his scooter, footage shows the group, who appear to be Orthodox Jews, grappling with the man and holding him face down on the floor by his arms.
Police confirmed the incident happened at around 1.50pm on Monday.
The warden allegedly told the men he 'would come back later with my boys' after an initial altercation in which the group said they would 'report him to the council for misconduct'.
However, it was also reported the warden was 'surrounded by eight-to-10 Orthodox Jews' before the attack, with the group said to be 'following him' and 'blocking him into a parking space'. He is said to have tried to call for help via his radio but was drowned out by 'shouting' from the men. One witness told the Sun: 'He [the warden] revved up his bike and drove straight towards him at full speed. I couldn't believe what was I seeing.

A motorcyclist who crashed into the back of a car on a Washington state highway had a lucky escape from injury when he ended up sitting on the car's trunk.

The video shows a car traveling at a high rate of speed quickly brake when it approaches the rear of a slower-moving vehicle. A motorcycle traveling behind the car has trouble braking fast enough to avoid impact and the two vehicles collide, leaving the motorcyclist sitting on the trunk of the car.
The car's driver doesn't appear to initially notice the crash, causing the man sitting on the trunk to knock forcefully on the rear window.
The car pulls over a distance down the road and the motorcyclist is eventually seen pacing at the side of the road -- visibly upset, but free from serious injuries.

Incredible footage reveals a female great ape using a saw to skilfully divide a branch in two.
The talented ape uses her right hand to hold the tool and her feet to grip the tree branch like a vice. She even blows away the sawdust to inspect her work like a true craftsman.
She previously learned this skills by watching builders at work in the region. When she spots a robot orangutan copying her behavior, the great ape immediately becomes more competitive.
The scenes were filmed in Borneo as part of the BBC One series 'Spy In The Wild', which features eerily realistic robots disguised as a series of different animals.
During the fascinating footage, the female organtutan is also introduced to the shows' robotic version of herself.
After some moments of filming, the robot orangutan sits alongside her while performing the same task. Here facial expressions mirror those of the real orang using remote control and make her feel at ease, Rather than be put off, the female becomes competitive, furiously sawing to beat her rival.
