Hundreds of people demonstrated burned tires and blocked the entrances Saturday evening following a court decision to extend the pre-trial imprisonment of popular local Rabbi Yoram Abergel. The rabbi is being held on suspicion of extortion and unlawful threats during the municipal election campaign in Netivot in concert with memebrs of the Domrani crime syndicate.
