As is customary, after the Sunday evening Kinus Hasheluchim banquet, the Chabad shluchim go to 770 and share in a Chasidic Farbrening in the small Shteibel upstairs.
This man had an interesting story about being saved from certain death from "Yener Machlah" following a Bracha from the Lubavitcher Rebbe. This is how he celebrates.
