Jewish Boy Continues to Make Headlines on National TV

A Fourteen year old Frum boy has made it to the final 24 of a national talent competition which consists of tens of millions of television viewers, nationwide. Out of thousands of contestants who auditioned for the competition, Edon Pinchot from Chicago, IL, is one out of the final 24 who advanced to the Semifinals and performed live on Television last night.

On Wednesday night the show will announce whether Edon received enough votes to advance to the grand final, where the final 6 contestants will compete for the win of the competition and receive a $1,000,000 prize.

i agree with anon, also singing non jewish songs that are sung by a FEMALE too (giving the impression thats its okay to listen to such music)! oh and the final is on a shabbos how will he get round that! in my opinion this whole `we can be like the goyim` thing is EXACTLY what happened pre- holocaust jewery, when it was all about `blending in` and being like the olom!

from a chabadnik who is all about `using modern technology to bring people closer to G-D` or had no problem with mbd using ghengis khan`s song to turn it into yidden, there is a HUGE difference between that, and singing an actual pop song with the lyrics sung by a female too, and giving the statement `yeh we jews are just like you we embrace your culture`... that to me is not `kiruv` its a chillul hashem!!
