Councilman Greenfield Takes On Neturei Karta Leader
VIN News - New York - Police ejected dozens of disruptive anti-Israel protesters from the New York City Council chamber during a debate on whether to adopt a resolution condemning boycotts of the Jewish State on Thursday.
The resolution in question, proposed by Council Member Andrew Cohen and supported by 33 of the council’s 51 members, proposes “condemning all efforts to delegitimize the State of Israel and the global movement to boycott, divest from and sanction the people of Israel.”
Protesters, some identifying as pro-Palestinian, some associated with the Black Lives Matter movement and Neturei Karta, among others, continually disrupted the hours-long proceedings, waving Palestinian flags and shouting that “Zionism is racism,” and “Free Palestine,” to the point that police emptied out the Council chambers’ entire top-floor balcony.
Contracts Committee chairwoman Helen Rosenthal, who was presiding over the meeting, implored the crowd to take a “deep yoga breath” and counted to three, to no avail, the New York Daily News reported.
New York City Councilman David Greenfield (Brooklyn – D) said he was “shocked by the depth of anti-Israel sentiment and naked anti-Semitism on display” at the meeting.
“Shocked, but sadly unsurprised,” Greenfield added. “Any time you hold the BDS movement and its supporters up to any kind of scrutiny, you find either that they are simply ignorant, or that their motivations are rooted in bigotry and hatred. We saw both kinds of BDS supporters at today’s hearing.”
During the debate, Greenfield reprimanded the leader of the anti-Israel ultra-Orthodox Neturei Karta sect Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss, who staged a sit-in on the chambers’ floor.

Tensions at Pro Israel Demonstration in Times Square
Tensions were high on New York's Times Square on Sunday as pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli protesters squared off against each other. While a few minor incidents were reported, no major clashes or unrest occurred.
On Sunday evening, October 11th, over five hundred Israel supporters gathered in Times Square to show their solidarity with the Jewish State in the wake of the recent wave of terror. The event which began at 7:00 p.m. continued until after 11:00 p.m.
Of course standing alongside the blood thirsty Jew haters were several Neturei Karta Jews desecrating G-d's Name.

Crown Heights Rallies Against Iran
On Wednesday August 26, NYS Senator Jesse Hamilton, NYS Assembly Member Dov Hikind, NYC Council Member David Greenfield, NYC Council Member Chaim Deutsch, and community advocates called for NY Congress Members to Vote Against Iran Nuclear Deal at a rally in Crown Heights.
In addition, community residents Rabbi Jacob Goldstein, Cantor Shlomie Rabin, and Devorah Halberstam joined in urging members of Congress to vote "no" on the Iran nuclear deal. Rabbi Jacob Goldstein, Chaplain Colonel (Ret.) of the US Armed Forces, served 38 years in the military including five deployed combat missions. Devorah Halberstam is the mother of the late Ari Halberstam, who was killed in the terrorist shooting on the Brooklyn Bridge in 1994.

The Youth of Neturei Karta
Children at an Orthodox Jewish school in Brooklyn gathered during the week of Israeli Independence Day in what seemed to be a mock demonstration of the Jewish state. One boy gave a short speech addressing current events, such as the recent anti-Semitic killings in France and Denmark and Netanyahu's speech to Congress, and the NYC M.T.A ads.

Demonstraing Moment of Silence Honoring Israel's Fallen
23,169 IDF soldiers lost their lives during their military service. They are remembered annually on the day designated by the Israeli government, known as Yom Hazikaron. When the siren rings on that day, the entire country comes to a standstill with a moment of silence.
Members of Neturei Karta and some others, demonstrate the "moment of silence" by marching and chanting as the rest of civilization honor those who sacrificed their lives for the very people demonstrating. Sunday May 4, 2014.

Meenwhile Outside the Presidential Debate...
On October 16th,2012 - at the second presidential debate at Hofstra university in Long Island, NY - the Democrats and Republicans shut third party candidates, along with most of the important issues, out of the debate. Meanwhile, Jimmy McMillan encountered a strange scenario outside the debate, and entered into the fracas to bring order out of chaos.
Jimmy McMillan is an American political activist, perennial candidate, and Vietnam War veteran, as well as a former postal worker and private investigator from Brooklyn, New York. He is best known for establishing the "Rent Is Too Damn High" party in New York.
Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein was arrested attempting take part in the Presidential Debate at Hofstra University. Meanwhile, Free Pony Party Candidate Vermin Supreme and his troubadour Rob Potylo made three attempts to enter the debate, and were turned away each time.
Vermin Love Supreme is an American performance artist, anarchist and activist who is known for running as an alternative candidate in various local, state, and national elections in the United States. He is best known for wearing a boot on his head and promising free ponies to all Americans if elected. He also said that if elected he would sign a federal law enforcing mandatory teeth brushing.

Neturei Karta Commits Baal Tashchis Burns Food
A demonstration took place on Wednesday afternoon, July 20, 2011, in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn New York. The theme of the demonstration was to boycott the Israeli food company Osem, which is known for its ongoing partnership with the Israeli "Jewish National Fund [JNF]".
I would imagine they payed for the food they are burning, so the "Zionist Regime" is getting paid from their very own efforts.
