Yisroel Shulem Oshry Z"L - A Tribute
This video is a heartfelt tribute to our dearest friend, Yisroel Shulem (Sruly) Oshry Z"L, who tragically passed away this past summer. Through interviews with family, friends, and colleagues, we celebrate the incredible human being Sruly was—a man who touched the lives of everyone around him.
Sruly was the kindest soul, a devoted husband and father, and a source of inspiration to all who knew him. He uplifted those around him with his warmth, gave Tzedakah with the biggest smile to anyone in need, and made everyone feel as though they were his closest friend. His boundless compassion, generosity, and unwavering positivity created a legacy that will never be forgotten.
Although Sruly is no longer with us, his spirit continues to inspire us. The tremendous void he leaves behind reminds us of our responsibility to carry his light forward. To honor Sruly’s memory and elevate his Neshama, we can follow in his footsteps—through acts of kindness, giving Tzedakah, offering a kind word, or simply being a listening ear to someone in need.
This presentation is brought to you by Cocoon, a project of Bonei Olam dedicated to helping couples on their journey of building a בית נאמן בישראל. Cocoon provides rejuvenating and bonding experiences for couples, including nights out at restaurants, luxurious villa stays, and even fully paid vacations to our very own "Cocoon Haven Villa" in Florida. This home is designed to give couples everything they need to relax, bond, and recharge.
Sruly Oshry Z"L was Cocoon’s greatest supporter, and it is our honor to dedicate this beautiful home in his memory. May his legacy continue to inspire us all.

Advocates Give Voice to Single Moms’ Silent Cry
Can you hear her?
She sits alone at the Shabbos table, staring at the empty chairs that should be filled with laughter and family. She’s holding it all together for her kids, even though inside, she’s screaming.
But not anymore. Today, her voice—along with the voices of countless single moms like her—is finally being heard.
Today, a group of community advocates is speaking up for her—and for countless single moms like her who feel invisible and forgotten.
In a powerful video, prominent advocates come together to amplify her cry:
Yehudis Sherman, founder of Mishpachtainu, who turned her own home into a refuge, hosting divorced women for Shabbos and Yom Tov. What began as a personal mission has grown into an organization providing critical relief, connection, and support to single mothers and almonas across communities.
These voices remind us that the silent struggles of single moms cannot remain in the shadows. Through Mishpachtainu, these women are finding strength, dignity, and hope.
And now, you can be part of that voice too.
Today, Mishpachtainu is running the Double Win Campaign. Every donation not only supports these incredible moms but also enters you for a chance to win up to $100,000 and 10 fabulous prizes.
This is your moment to make a difference. A chance to win for you—and help her win at life.

Project Witness Presents Moving Tribute on Holocaust
Project Witness presents a moving tribute on Holocaust International Remembrance Day on January 27, 2025, in memory of Auschwitz liberation day.
This is a short video clip that uses AI to gently animate archival images of Holocaust victims. By bringing these ‘still photographs’ to life, we confront the fragile humanity stolen by hatred and bear witness to stories too often silenced.
Join us in honoring their memory, reminding the world that to remember the past is to safeguard our future.
Project Witness, a nonprofit Holocaust resource center, merges judicious scholarship with cutting-edge media to provide thought-provoking Holocaust educational resources for schools, community centers, and lay readers.
Project Witness offers groundbreaking resources for Holocaust education while remaining deeply committed to its unique mission of exploring the spiritual, ethical, and intellectual responses of Holocaust survivors and victims. By focusing on the character, identity, and faith of survivors and victims alike,
Project Witness serves to ensure that their legacy guides us and future generations toward a more hopeful future.
