Chazzan Yechezkel Lev feat. Shira | Hamavdil (Rosenblatt)

Gershy Schwarcz presents, Chazzan Yechezkel Lev in his debut single and music video. The song is a cover of the world renowned Hamavdil by the man who coined the term cantor, the majestic Yossele Z”L, that is known the world over.

Yechezkel has been singing and leading teffilos as a Chazzan the last few years at shuls and batei midrashim as well as by Chuppah ceremonies etc. Now, however he felt was the time to officially release something to the greater public cantorial and music fans alike.

He is joined by the choral voices of the Shira Choir and a musical accompaniment by Moshe Kahana. Hamavdil was masterfully arranged by Gershy Schwarcz and really shows off Yechezkel’sraw talent and poise. This classic, sung at the close of Shabbos as part of Havdallah ceremony, is truly brought to life in this presentation. Featuring all in their Shabbos best, captures the feel of that time of the week. One can close their eyes and let the music transport them back to the golden years of chazzonus.

Mikvah Chaim Zanvil in Casa Grande, Arizona

Mikvah Chaim Zanvil in Casa Grande, Arizona! It’s not just another Mikvah but a rare opportunity to take part in writing a new chapter in our history, helping establish a new Chasidish community in the Arizona Desert.

The Chasidishe community in Casa Grande, Arizona, was established about four years ago when a handful of families moved there and started planting the seeds of this beautiful Heimishe community.

Four years later, approximately thirty Chasidish families call Casa Grande home, and it is bustling with activity, with shuls, a Cheder, a girls’ school, a grocery, a restaurant, and more. However, one critical piece of infrastructure is still missing: a proper Mikvah Taharah.

But this opportunity is even more significant. It also encompasses the great mitzvah of Kiruv Rechokim. Numerous Jewish families living in the surrounding areas have never gone to Mikvah yet, and now, with the completion of this Mikvah, many of them will start going to Mikvah for the first time in their lives!

Enormous efforts have already been invested by the residents and community members and hundreds of thousands of dollars have already been sent on this Mikvah currently being built in memory of the holy Ribnitz’er Rebbe ZT”L, but, sadly, they were unable to complete this project on their own, since they have already depleted all their resources. Now, they count on the help of our Jewish brethren to bring this project to completion.

How Much Longer Can They Bear Hers Suffering?

How much longer can her parents bear their child's suffering?

I can't remember the last time my little Esther smiled...

Its just keeps getting worse. A coma led to severe heart complications. Then, left with no other choice, we let our precious little girl go under the knife for heart surgery.

Now she has a devastating case of liver cirrhosis as a result.

How much longer can we see our little child suffer?

Please, it's up to you. Donate generously and help us bring the smile back to little Esther's face.

Discover the inspiring journey of Meir, a resilient teen who faced a life-altering diagnosis with unwavering strength. After overcoming a tumor but losing his vision in the process, Meir's indomitable spirit remained unwavering.

Inspired by his own journey, and fueled by a passion for music, Meir found solace and purpose in composing a poignant melody centered on the words of the profound sentiment of the morning blessing:
"ברוך אתה ה אלקינו מלך העולם פוקח עורים" (Blessed are you, Lord our God, King of the universe, who opens the eyes of the blind).

Meir wanted to express gratitude for the vision he once had - and hopes to regain - and to offer solace to those facing adversity,

Seeking to infuse his song with personal touches and Yiddish rhymes that resonated with his heart, Meir collaborated with the renowned Motty Ilowitz. Motty wrote some personal lines, expressing Meir's heart and feelings, and together, they brought Meir's vision to life, crafting a melody that captured the essence of resilience and gratitude.

In a touching turn of events, Meir's song caught the attention of the beloved singer Michael Schnitzler z"l, who graciously offered to lend his voice to the project. Sadly, this collaboration became Michoel's final recording before his untimely passing.

Join us in celebrating the resilience and spirit of Meir, as we honor the memory of Michoel Schnitzler as his first yartzeit is almost approaching.

Experience the heartfelt melody and profound message of the song and its message as it touches hearts and ignites hope across the globe.
