Elijah Wants To Call The Creator Of English

March 4, 2021. Black Rock, Arkansas.

"6-year-old Elijah was struggling with spelling his sight words. Specifically understanding to, too, and two. He became very frustrated when he had to put the 'w' in 'two'. Within his frustrations, he was sure his teacher was to blame. Then, was adamant there was a number to call the person who created the English language and wanted his mother to plead his case to change the number 'two'. This was 2021. We have since learned he is dyslexic and have working with the proper tools to where he doesn’t have as much of a hard time with spelling. It however is still not his strongest skill. He is exceptionally bright with numbers and equations."

Boruch Sholom - Eshalech Lifnei Hashem

Song Composed & Sung By: Boruch Sholom
Music Produced By: Nir Graff
Video By: Shmully Blesofsky

"Disclaimer: The below translation is not literal but an interpretation based on Meforshim:

אֶתְהַלֵךְ לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה. בְּאַרְצוֹת הַחַיִּים
I walk before Hashem in the land of the living. I still trust you, Hashem.

הֶאֱמַנְתִּי כִּי אֲדַבֵּר. אֲנִי עָנִיתִי מְאֹד
Although my words are full of pain I still trust in you, Hashem. Although I am truly afflicted I still trust in you, Hashem

אֲנִי אָמַרְתִּי בְחָפְזִי. כָּל הָאָדָם כֹּזֵב
Even while my pain was so great that I (king David) called the Navi Shmuel a hypocrite. I still then trusted you, Hashem."

Mama Kik - Meilech Kohn

Experience the transformative power of Meilech Kohn's stirring song "Mama Kik."

Through his heartfelt lyrics and authentic singing, Meilech reminds us that every person is a unique and divine creation of Hashem, deserving of love and respect. A powerful reminder of the beauty that exists in the world, and the importance of recognizing it in others and to see the goodness in all people and judge them favorably.

"Mama Kik" means "Mommy Look" in Yiddish. The letters "Mama" in Hebrew can also be spelled as "ממ״ה," which stands for "Melech Malchei Hamlachim" (the King of all Kings) – In essence, "Mama Kik" is a plea for Hashem to let the nations of the world “look” upon us with love and positivity, just as we strive to look upon others.
