Rabbi Moshe Havlin serves as the Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Kiryat Gat in Israel, where he lives with his family. After his wife gave birth to two sons and a daughter, she suffered a number of miscarriages. When doctors recommended an operation, they decided to ask the Lubavitcher Rebbe for his advice and blessing.
