Almost 17 Since the expulsion from Gush Katif, the settlement of Carmi Katif (then Katif) has risen and flourished again in the eastern part of the Lachish region, which is amazing in its beauty.
The song is dedicated to all the settlements of Gush Katif that rose from dust (M'Afar Kumi), put on clothes of glory (Livshi Bigdiech Tifartich Ami), and rebuilt anew (V'nivnesah Ha'Ir) in the Lachish region and other parts of our beautiful country, and in particular to the settlement of Carmei Katif which is in the midst of general settlement construction (permanent houses, shul, Yeshiva, and more ..)
We were privileged to be joined by members of the "Zivia Katif" high school yeshiva.
The clip was shot in the shul (in memory of Tali Chatuel and her daughters Hila, Hadar, Roni, and Merav HY"D) which is being built B"H around the settlement of Carmei Katif.
