20-year-old Woman Loses Brakes on Ohio Interstate

Police were able to talk the woman through the incident after she frantically called 911, indicating she could not stop. The Ohio state highway patrol is now commending the driver, the officer and the dispatcher, saying thanks to them there were no injuries and no damage.
