A verdict by the Honorable Harriet L. Thompson confirmed exclusive rights to control and manage the synagogue at 770 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, New York, to its rightful owners.
In her decision, Judge Thompson cited the testimony of attorney Nahum Gordon. In this excerpt of a 2012 interview, Mr. Gordon speaks of his interactions with the Rebbe in drafting his will and in the revitalization of Lubavitch's three central organizations.
