The footage was filmed earlier this week by a man accompanying the woman who claimed to be her carer, and who stated that the pair were there to buy groceries.
A member of staff can be seen approaching the woman in the zorb ball and politely asking her to leave.
A security guard then escorts the zorb baller out of the shop.
