The 11th of Cheshvan is the anniversary of Rachel Imainu’s death. For thousands of years, Jews come to pour out their hearts at her grave, because a mother always listens and she cries for, and with, us.
To commemorate this day, Composer and singer Motty Ilowitz releases a song about our plea to our "Mama Rachel" to ask for mercy on behalf of her children until the final redemption - ושבו בנים לגבולם.
This song was originally composed and performed on stage at the famous and very popular 'Interen Shtiel' play - a Neuhaus Production - on Chol Hamoed Pesach '19.
Motty refined the lyrics, reconstructed the idea, and specifically regathered the same 'interen' team to be involved in this project.
Arranged & mixed by Hershy Pavel, who originally played the music on stage at the play. Choir was done by Yedidim, led by Yoel Hersh Fuchs, well-known for his extraordinary talents of acting and singing, specifically on the Interen stages.

Sheriff Help a Massive Bear Escape From a Dumpster
Deputies in Placer County, CA came to a bear's rescue after it got trapped in a dumpster at Northstar ski resort.
In video shared by the Placer County Sheriff's Office, a deputy with a flashlight in hand is seen climbing on top of the dumpster in Truckee and opening one of the container's doors.
The bear then pokes its head and massive paws out of the dumpster but doesn't leave right away.
"Come on, Bubs. It's OK," the deputy says.
After a quick glance at his rescuer, the bear leaps from the dumpster and walks away.
"Stay out of the garbage!" the deputy says.

Survivor Meets Rescuer
Righteous among the Nations meets Jewish siblings she saved during the Holocaust and their 40 descendants.
On Sunday, Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, and The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous co-hosted a reunion between Holocaust survivors from Israel Yossi Mor (previously Yosef Mordechai) and his sister Sarah Yanai, and their wartime rescuer Melpomeni Dina (née Gianopoulou) from Greece.
Melpomeni Dina was recognized as Righteous Among the Nations by Yad Vashem, the State of Israel and the Jewish people along with her sisters Efthimia Xanthopoulou (née Gianopoulou) and Bithleem Sumbasi (née Gianopoulou) as well as five other individuals for helping save the lives of Jews during the Holocaust. Since 1993, the Jewish Foundation for the Righteous has been providing financial support to living recipients of the prestigious Righteous Among the Nations award, like the rescuers of the Mordechai family, as an expression of gratitude on behalf of the Jewish people.
