Teenage Siblings Injured in Car Ramming Attack
Two teenagers were seriously injured Friday afternoon in a ramming attack near the entrance to the Gush Etzion town of Elazar, Magen David Adom (MDA) reported.
Both victims were treated by MDA and have been transferred to Jerusalem hospitals.
The victims have been identified as 19-year-old Noam Navis and her 17-year-old brother Nachum, from Gush Etzion.
Nachum sustained an injury to his head and is in serious condition, unconscious and on a respirator, while his sister Noam was moderately injured.
Dr. Bala Miklush, who heads Hadassah Ein Kerem's Trauma Department, said: "We received the young man of 17, who was sedated and on a respirator. Initial examinations showed that he had suffered a head injury. He is not yet out of danger. He is currently being operated on by our surgical staff. He has a severe brain hemorrhage."
Professor Yoram Weiss, Medical Director at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, described Nachum's injuries as "very serious."
"He has a brain injury and a fracture in his skull," Prof. Weiss said. "His life is in danger."
Noam is currently hospitalized in the trauma department at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
Shaare Zedek Director-General Ofer Merin said: "A young woman of about 20 arrived here after being injured in a ramming attack. She arrived generally in good condition, fully conscious and with injuries we are used to seeing from ramming attacks, mostly scrapes and injuries to her limbs. Her condition is light to moderate, and she will require hospitalization."
The public is asked to pray for Nachum Elimelech ben (son of -ed.) Zahava Rivka, and Noam bat (daughter of - ed.) Zahava Rivka.
The terrorist has been neutralized.

Terror Attack in Old City of Jerusalem
One person was wounded in a terrorist stabbing attack in the Old City of Jerusalem Thursday.
According to initial reports, the incident occurred near the Temple Mount’s Iron Gate at just after 6:00 p.m. Thursday, when two terrorists attacked security personnel near the holy site.
The victim, a 30-year-old police officer, was stabbed in his arm, and is said to be in moderate condition and fully conscious, Following the attack, Israeli security personnel opened fire on the terrorists, killing one and seriously wounding the second.
Police released footage Thursday night from the stabbing attack on officers at the entrance to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

Levi Falkowitz, a Satmar chosid from the United States, is a highly respected singer. Besides appearing on over 15 other albums as well as his own two solo albums, Levy has a long and illustrious career thus far. His recent album "Toiv Lee" had many hit songs including the opening track "Libi" which was composed by Anshi Friedman.
Israeli singer and composer Yitzchak Meir, has been following Levy's career for a long time and had a dream of one day meeting him and possibly even collaborating with him. Sometimes, dreams come true. On a cool, breezy Jerusalem night, in one of the first shuls built outside the boundaries of the Old City, in the heart of the Nachlaot neighborhood, at three in the morning, the two sang and davened together "לבי ובשרי ירננו לאל חי."

As the Chosson and Kallah prepare to step out from under the chuppah, to begin their lives together – to build their home together, The Chosson breaks a glass to remind us all of the home; Yerushalayim and the Beis Hamikdash we once had. Now with the Bein HaMetzarim and Tisha B’Av behind us, we all get ready to go back to our day to day lives, we must never forget Yerushalayim.
