Rabbi Gavriel Hotlzberg and his wife Rebbetzin Rivka were Chabad Shluchim in Mumbai, India. They, along with four other Kedoshim were murdered in the 2008 terrorist attacks at the Chabad house in Mumbia. Their tenth Yahrtzeit is approaching later this week.
