A Cleveland criminal had his mouth taped shut by police on judge's orders as he faced sentencing on Tuesday. Franklyn Williams, 32, would not stop speaking over the judge or his own attorneys despite multiple warnings. Judge John Russo told him he was going to 'gag' the armed robber, and would undo the tape when he was ready to hear what Williams had to say. The 32-year-old was eventually sentenced to 24 years behind bars - despite the case being an appeal of an earlier trial where he had only been sentenced to 14 years for his crimes.
