Germany's Capital Sees Rise in Anti-Jewish Attacks

Police in Berlin are investigating an assault on two young men in which the attacker was heard shouting anti-Jewish abuse. One of the victims was wearing a Jewish skullcap at the time of the attack.

It is reported the alleged attacker has turned himself in to the authorities.
