Truck Takes Flight in Dramatic End to Police Pursuit

A high speed chase ended with a high flying crash in Webster Parish, Louisiana on Tuesday.

Kevonte Dekorey Austin was captured Tuesday after walking off a Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Transitional work release program back on February the 10th. It is believed he stole another employee’s vehicle.

Deputies say he and another person were speeding down Hwy. 371 in Webster Parish when they were pulled over for going 78 mph. As the deputy spoke with the driver, Austin is said to have jumped in the driver’s seat and took off.

The inmate was going more than 115 mph when he turned around and headed to Dixie Inn.

Spike strips were deployed and once the vehicle hit them it went airborne flipped and landed on the roof of a car in a restaurant parking lot. Deputies said a woman was sitting in the car when it was struck.

She climbed out and was unharmed.

Both the driver and Austin were taken into custody.

Bennett to Al Jazeera "Bible Says West Bank is Ours"

Last week, in a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump surprised the world by appearing to dismiss a long-standing US commitment to a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Israeli Education Minister, Naftali Bennett, welcomed the statement saying: "The era of a Palestinian state is over." "There already exists two states for the Palestinians: one in Gaza, a full blown state run by Hamas, and the other is Jordan, where 70 percent of the citizens are, indeed, Palestinians," Bennett told UpFront. "So the discussion is whether we need a third Palestinian state smack in the heart of Israel, and the answer is no."

When asked about the Israeli Supreme Court's 2005 ruling describing the West Bank as under "belligerent occupation", Bennett called it a "political decision" and cited the Bible as proof of Israel's right to the West Bank. "If you want to say that our land does not belong to us, I suggest you go change the Bible first," says Bennett.

The Baby Camel: A Lesson About Using Your Full Potential

By Meir Kay: "The baby camel story is parable I heard many years ago and got me thinking....We have to ask ourselves, "are we in the right environment for us to strive and be the best we can be?" You see, we were all given G-D given talents to achieve the incredible and bring goodness to this world, but if we find ourselves in places, physical or physiological, that hinder us to be who we are and to use our natural abilities to do what we need to then we are not achieving our fullest potential and this will lead us to some very unhappy moments in the future.

We must break free and leave the environment that's holding us back. It's not easy, it's scary and one must be brave, but once you do, you will find yourself at peace and complete because now you can be you and what can be better than that?"

That’s Not a Zebra Crossing

This adrenaline-junkie elephant decided life is too short to wait at level crossings.

The beast was taking a stroll just outside Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary in India's West Bengal state when he came across some train tracks blocked by a barrier.

But instead of waiting patiently for the barrier to be raised and unable to walk around it due to a metal fence, he simply picked it up with his trunk and sneaked under.

Derech Achim - Im Eshkachech

"Im Eshkachech" from the album, "Mayim Rabim" (Coming Soon).

Traditionally, Im Eshkachech is sung in a somber tune to remind us of the destruction of our holy Beis Hamikdash. The vision of this song is to rather create a hopeful feeling of joy, yearning and anticipation for the rebuilding of our holy temple - speedily in our days.

Ahhh Ricky.... It's ok

This Swing Is Just Too Much For Fainting Goat - A porch swing proved to be too much for Ricky the goat, who comically collapsed in fright at his Ohio home after experiencing the sudden motion.

The video was shot by the goat's owner, David Taneyhill, and shows Ricky and his sister Lucy playing in a yard. When Lucy jumps onto the swing, causing it to rock towards Ricky, the latter stiffens and keels over in fright. His temporary paralysis lasts only a few moments before he jumps back up, unfazed. Their bizarre display of fear appears humorous and only harms them if they faint from a tall surface.

However, the goats are still susceptible to stress if purposefully frightened. This strain of livestock are properly called Myotonic goats but they go by a number of common names, including: wooden leg goats, Tennessee fainting goats, stiff leg goats, and nervous goats. They get their name from a genetic condition called myotonia congenita, which causes their muscles to briefly stiffen after they are startled.

The breed is one of only a few types of goats native to North America and, as their name might indicate, they are commonly found in Tennessee and neighboring states in the South.

Octopus Chases Crab Ends Unexpectedly

Occurred on February 10, 2017 / Monterey, California, USA

(Spoiler Alert!) "I'm a SCUBA diver and underwater photographer/ cinematographer based in Monterey, California. The conditions here are usually pretty touch and go in terms of clarity, but last week, we had an exceptional few days of 50 feet or more of visibility, paired with the arrival of countless fascinating gelatinous species.

"I was on my third dive of the day, and Patrick and I decided to go for an evening dive to one of our favorite spots along Cannery Row, called the Breakwater/ Metridium Fields. While diving, we were surprised by our friend, "Whiskers", the harbor seal, who often shows up when we dive at night. Whiskers has learned to use our dive lights to help hunt fish, and having Whiskers show up is not an uncommon occurrence.

"After a while, Whiskers was gone and my eye caught some action going on to the left, and I realized that a red octopus was chasing a swimmer crab around the sand. I immediately split off to go investigate and film, and Patrick followed. It was a great battle until Whiskers showed back up".
