BizTank is giving away the gelt! The Brooklyn-based company connects entrepreneurs with Jewish investors.
Joel Klein is a former rabbi turned BizTank CEO. He tells Cheddar that the company's main goal is to unite the Jewish community and help young entrepreneurs succeed.
Klein says cultural and language boundaries can often present obstacles for new entrepreneurs. However, he says everyone speaks the language of business.
When it comes to crafting a spiel, Klein likes to see businesses that have patented ideas. Since 2016, BizTank invested about $6 million in deals.
