Blink and You'll Miss These Two Trains Passing Each Other

Blink and You'll Miss These Maglev Trains Passing Each Other.

Maglev is a transport method that uses magnetic levitation to move vehicles, without making contact with the ground. Maglev trains can get incredibly fast. The current record-holder got up to 375 mph. It might be a little bit before a new train can top that record, but there's any easy way to simulate what it would be like to have trains that go 400 mph and beyond: film a train going in one direction while standing on a train going the other way.

This footage is exactly that. Since the train Poncho was on was going about 267 mph, if we assume the other train was going the same speed, we get to see a relative speed of about 534 mph. At that speed "blink and you'll miss it" is barely an exaggeration.
