He was just a man riding his bike on a Street in York, PA Thursday afternoon.
Until he dropped a bunch of cash on the sidewalk.
The money is believed to come from Members 1st Federal Credit Union in Springettsbury Township, which was robbed nine minutes before the timestamp on the video.
