From Islam to Christianity to Ultra-Orthodox Judaism
Nissim Black, a twice converted 29 year old rapper from the streets of Seattle, was raised by his muslim grandfather but turned to Christianity and then Orthodox Judaism. Today the Youtube sensation has made the move to Israel to make a new life for himself and his family.
Cali Gov. Chased by Elephant in South Africa
Former Hollywood actor and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was chased by an elephant while on a trip to South Africa.
He uploaded the video to his YouTube Channel and wrote: "I couldn't have written this safari encounter better if it was a movie. I'm absolutely in awe of these beautiful, strong animals, even though some of us had to change our pants after this. We need to stop killing them - take a photo, not a shot. Would you rather be able to experience these creatures or a hunk of ivory? I thought so."

Tragedy in Willi: 5 Year Old Boy Fell From Balcony, Dies
Hatzolah Emergency crews in Williamsburg were called to a multi-family home yesterday evening, after a small child fell from a fifth-floor porch.
5 year-old Shimon Yisroel Meisels fell from the porch at 200 Wallabout Street and Lee Avenue, shortly before 8:00 P.M.
The child was in critical condition when taken by ambulance to Brooklyn hospital, but later succumbed to the injuries and passed away. Shimon Yisroel is the grandson of Rabbi Tzvi Hersh Meisels, Shopron Rav of Williamsburg. Sadly, Shimon Yisroel lost his mother two years ago from a terminal illness.

World's Largest Glass Bottom Viewing Platform
A new transparent viewing platform suspended at 1,300 feet high in Beijing has become a tourist hot spot as visitors flock to walk, lie or do push-ups on the glass panes.
The awe-inspiring structure is a part of the Jingdong Stone Forest Gorge scenic in Pinggu District, Beijing.
The breath-taking observation deck opened to the public on May 1 and has quickly drawn the attention of daredevil tourists. Chinese media, have claimed that the astonishing attraction is the largest glass-bottomed viewing platform in the world. The platform is 4,470 square feet in size as it protrudes more than 107 feet over the edge of the cliff face it's set against.
In comparison, the glass-bottomed observation deck at the Grand Canyon in the USA is 70 feet long.
The enormous structure is composed of a glass-bottomed walkway leading to a circular viewing platform.

It Takes a Village to Raise an Elephant
Dozens of rescuers safely pulled an elephant calf out of a drain in the port city of Hambantota, Sri Lanka. After managing to extricate the trapped calf with the help of ropes, its saviors proceeded to transport it away for medical treatment.

The Greatest Simcha - The Zemiros Group - Acapella
During a recent meeting with Yossi Green, Yoely Polatseck was introduced to a new 'Yossi Green' song that was written in honor of a friend's Simcha.
The song, titled "The Greatest Simcha", describes how the great and holy Reb Shimon Bar Yochai made a Bar Mitzvah for his son, the great Reb Elazar, known throughout the Talmud and Jewish History as Reb Elazar Ben Reb Shimon.
The song relates how Reb Shimon prepared for his son's Bar Mitzvah by adorning his house with precious ornaments and planning the seating arrangements all by himself. The intense happiness radiating from Reb Shimon's face compelled the Rabbis to ask him why he seemed to be happier more than any other day.
Rabbi Shimon replied that his son reached a great spiritual level due to him becoming a Bar Mitzvah, and that that is indeed 'The Greatest Simcha EVER!'
Being that Zemiros was to perform at a Bar Mitzvah around Lag Baomer time, they decided to sing the song live for the first time ever. Enjoy this new song "The Greatest Simcha" - Acapella, arranged by Yoely Polatseck and masterfully performed by the harmonious voices of the Zemiros Group.
The song is based on a Zohar with original lyrics written by Yossi himself.

4 Year Old Falls Into Gorilla Enclosure

Chipmunk Thief Returns Stolen Food When Caught
A little thief has been stealing seeds from the bird-feeder in the backyard and the owner set out to catch the culprit, which turned out to be a chipmunk with its cheeks stuffed full of seeds used to feed the birds.
The wide-eyed chipmunk realized it had been caught red-handed when the owner asked, “What are you doing, mister?” and proceed to ‘return’ the stolen food by expelling the seeds from its cheek pouches.
