Dvar Torah Parshas Shelach 5776

Shelach: When it's time to make L'chaim. Rabbi Shimon Semp

The spies' psychology ● Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburg - The sages reveal that the problems leading to the spies' disloyalty to Moshe can be found in their names. But, just as their names reveal the psychological qualities that led to disloyalty, these same qualities can be used to rectify and solidify our own commitment to Moshe.

Rabbi Laibl Wolf's Weekly Parsah - Shelach - Marching to the Beat of a Different Drum

•The famous Biblical account of the 12 spies records Jewish failure. But it also narrates our inner strength.
•Ten spies came back and gave an accurate report –“ they are stronger than us”. So why don’t the other two Yehoshua and Calev agree?
•Jewish survival as the longest extant civilization in the world is not due to our brute strength. It arises from our convictions and commitment.
•Yehoshua and Calev were committed to the promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And that remains our test today: world politics versus our inner strength.

Rabbi Minkowicz Weekly Torah Lesson Parsha Shelach 5776 - This week the Rabbi answers the question: "How can you overcome any obstacles in the way of success?"
