What happens when you hold a town hall meeting and no one shows up?
Two Litchfield men showed that the meeting must go on, and a video of the meeting has gone viral.
John Latsha and Al Raccio are chair and vice chair of the Litchfield Mosquito Control District, and when no one showed up to their town meeting, they carried on as if the room was full of Litchfield residents.
