Asking Chareidim About the Talmud
For the past 3 years, amateur Israeli filmmaker Corey Gil-Shuster, who moved to Israel from Canada 16 years ago, has been setting out to the West Bank, and other parts of Israel, to get answers from locals to questions he is sent, as part of his YouTube series, “ask an Israeli, ask a Palestinian.”
As Corey puts it "People ask (by emailing askpalestinians@gmail.com) Israeli Jews, Arabs and Palestinians questions. I go out and ask random people to answer."
In video we posted last month, he speaks with Palestinians from the West Bank, asking them "How much do you suffer under occupation?"
In the videos below he talks with religious Israeli Jews, asking them several provocative questions that he was told are quotes from the Gemara and other Seforim.
Part 2 - Speaking with Jews at Zichron Moshe in Meah Shearim.
Part 3 - Rabbi Yitzchak Breitowitz Rav of Kehillos Ohr Somayach. Ordained in 1976 by Ner Yisroel of Baltimore and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Law School.

Kosher Food in Vietnam
Video blogger Yevato Kim was born in California and immigrated to Vietnam. He made a video about his visit to the kosher restaurant there, last October.
"Today I'm at Chabad, a Jewish center and restaurant in Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I have the burger and Shakshuka. So this is not your ordinary food. This is food prepared to the Jewish standards in that the animals must be tended the right way and the ingredients must be Jewish standards. This is Kosher food in Vietnam of all places. So how does this place and why does this place exist? Jewish travelers and residents of Vietnam must follow the religious and food standards that they abide to. This place is cool because the Rabbis and staff talk a lot with the customers, Jewish or non Jewish. Do check out Chabad. It's a wonderful place. Very interesting and a lot of fun! Also remember to call on weekends! Jewish people take their weekends quite seriously, so try not to go on weekends. Go on weekdays!!!"

Elephants Help Struggling Calf Out of a Muddy Waterhole
A herd of elephants rushed to the aid of calf after it got trapped in a watering hole.
The heart-warming scenes were captured at the famous Kruger National Park in South Africa on November 19 2015 The area is famous for its large elephant herds.
The baby elephant, thought to be only eight or 10 weeks old, got stuck in the watering hole and had a stressful few minutes before he was freed.
His own mother, also young and probably a first time parent, was unable to help him.
Eventually, an older elephant rushed over to help and freed the youngster.

Man Turns Dead Tree Stump Into Beautiful Sculpture
It took Lueb Popoff weeks to create this masterpiece, but once you see the finished result you’ll realize it was worth every second.
Usually when a tree has to be cut down, a left over stump can be quite the eyesore. But this isn’t the case with talented artist Lueb Popoff. In his world, a stump is a blank canvas ready to be turned into a beautiful treasure.
Using a chainsaw as his paintbrush, he carves out details that seem impossible with such a cumbersome tool. The level of skill and hand to eye coordination is mind boggling. Once he adds the finishing touches with paint, cute forest animals take shape and it’s absolutely breathtaking!

How Chai from China became a Religious Jew
What brings a young man born in modern, communist China to move to Israel and convert to Judaism? In a black hat and suit, Aaron Waldman talks about his long search for the truth and his family's difficulty accepting his metamorphosis.
Mystery of Chinese Flying Cars
This weird CCTV footage of cars jumping into the air in China has been shared thousands of times online appears to have a very simple explanation. Pedestrians look on in horror as a man steps out into the road and raises his hands. Seconds later a minibus suddenly jumps into the air and flips onto its side. Two other nearby vehicles also lift off the road.
The weird accident was captured by CCTV cameras last week in Xingtai, China It may sound like something out of Star Wars, but if you look very closely at the video, you can just about make out what actually happened. Just before the first minibus rises into the air, you can see a faint black line to the left of the screen, which police believe was a cable or thick wire. It appears that a cable became tangled in a street cleaner that is seen to the right of the screen, which essentially tripped up the vehicles, lifting them into the air.
Fortunately, no-one was injured in the incident.

Brothers Rescued Bald Eagle Stuck in Hunting Trap
A video showing two Canadian men rescuing a bald eagle from a trap in Ontario, Canada, has gone viral in recent days,
Brothers Michael and Neil Fletcher were hunting near the town of Dowling, when they came across an eagle caught in a trap. According to the brothers, the eagle had caught one of its talons in a claw trap used by fur trappers.
"It was attached to a stake and the eagle was trying to fly up, but it only had a foot of slack in the chain," Michael said.
Speaking to cba.ca Neil said, “It was relieving to see that it was still alive. I knew we had to do something right away.”
“At first the eagle was a bit nervous to have my brother and myself there… as soon as he realised we were trying to help he kind of calmed down a little bit. His head would kind of move back and forth to look at us, but that was the most he’d do,” he said.
Once the eagle was freed from the trap, the pair posed for a quick selfie before sending the bird of prey on his way.
When asked what local local authorities had to say about posing for a selfie with the protected bird, Michael told local reporters they were just thankful that the brothers freed the bird.
"They just said thanks for letting it go, and that they would be contacting the trapper to see if he could set the trap differently."
