Paraglider Flies Into Moving Cable Car
This is the incredible moment a daredevil with a high-speed parachute flies straight into a moving cable car at a renowned ski resort.
Arnaud Longobardi swoops towards the car at 50mph before crashing through its open doors and into the arms of his support crew.
The high-risk stunt was filmed at world-famous mountain sports destination Chamonix, close to Mont Blanc in the French Alps.
It required pinpoint precision in timing and handling - while an unexpected gust of wind could have jeopardised the 43-year-old's life by slamming him into the cable car’s side.

Obama Heckled at White House Event
Don’t mess with President Barack Obama, especially not while in his house. On June 24, the leader of the free world wasn’t amused when a heckler interrupted his speech during an event
‘Shame on you!’ he yelled.
During Obama’s speech at a event, a protester’s voice can be heard interrupting him. And as seen in the video above, the POTUS wasn’t happy. “Shame on you,” Obama told the heckler, who according to CNN was protesting deportations under the Obama administration. “Listen you’re in my house … it’s not respectful,” he added, but the heckler persisted. And that’s when Obama asked security to remove this person from his house.

This time though, the tests carried out during the procedure went beyond the regular interaction through gestures and talk between the patient and the surgical team. Policeman Critically Wounded in Jerusalem Stabbing
An Israeli border policeman was critically wounded in a stabbing attack at the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem Sunday morning. The officer was stabbed in the neck, but managed to shoot the attacker before collapsing.
According to an Israel Police spokesperson, the perpetrator was an 18-year-old Palestinian who lives in the West Bank. He was evacuated to Hadasah, Ein Kerem hospital in critical condition.
The stabbing comes amid recent tensions in Jerusalem over the past several days, particularly after incidents of stone-throwing around the Old City.
On Saturday, stones were thrown at a bus and a private vehicle, lightly injuring the driver. A 16-year-old Palestinian was later detained in relation to the incident.
Later Saturday night, a firebomb was thrown at the Beit Hanina-Neve Yaakov junction. However, the bottle missed and no one was injured.
This is the first attack in Jerusalem since late May, when two Jewish youths were stabbed by a knife-wielding assailant in Jerusalem’s Old City land hospitalized with light to moderate wounds. The suspect, a Palestinian man, fled the scene but was later apprehended by security services at his East Jerusalem home.
On Friday, an Israeli was shot dead and another was wounded near the Ein Buvin spring in the West Bank.

Land Rover is researching a new remote control technology that represents a stepping stone towards the fully autonomous car. It could be used by the driver to maneuver their car out of difficult situations safely or negotiate challenging terrain, whilst walking alongside the car at a maximum speed of 4mph.
The Multi-Point Turn Range Rover Sport is also capable of autonomously maneuvering through 180 degrees, with the system taking over gear selection, steering, braking and acceleration.
