Bike 4 Friendship Cyclists Pedal Cross Country

This Year's  Bike 4 Friendship road trip began late June in San Diego, California, with eleven young men headed for New York, scheduled to arrive there this Sunday, August 9, 2015 .

The six-week, 15-state, 3,100-mile journey is dedicated to to benefit Friendship Circle, an international non-profit organization that provides programs and support to the families of individuals with special needs.

The cyclists average about 90 miles per day.

"We've biked through the rain and the hail and the hot sun in the Phoenix desert and the cold and we push and push, and luckily we have pit stops along the way," cyclist Ephraim Fruchter said while he was in Dayton.

Videos filmed and edited by Menachem Korf.
