On one of the coldest days of the season, police oversaw the eviction of dozens of Chasidic families from a Williamsburg, Brooklyn apartment building. The families did nothing wrong, and they own the apartments they're being forced to vacate. Ida Siegal explains how a developer's troubles has affected the homeowners.
