Funerals of Those Killed in Synagogue Attack

One of the four victims of the terror attack at a Jerusalem synagogue on Tuesday morning was identified as Rabbi Moshe Twersky, the head of the Yeshiva Toras Moshe in Jerusalem.

Twersky, aged 59, was a resident of the Har Nof neighborhood where the attack took place.

The U.S.-born Twersky was a well-known rabbi among the Charedi community in Jerusalem, and his lessons were attended by many. The English-language Yeshiva Toras Moshe, called "ToMo" by its graduates and students, was of founded in 1982. Twersky was the son-in-law of the yeshiva's founder, Abba Berman, and grandson of Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik.

Rabbi Twersky left behind a wife, Miriam, and five children. His funeral began at 2:00 P.M. at Beit HaTalmud yeshiva in Sanhedria neighborhood and will ended at the Givat Shaul Cemetery.

Once again
all those people against the israeli army drafts who say `we dont need the army

learning torah really stopped the holocaust happening didnt it!
and davening in a shul really stopped you from being massacared didnt it yesturday?

relying on tefilos alone are not good enough, you absolutly need the army and security! period!
