A kitchen hand shows how he's got the art of chopping down to a tee in a nail-biting new video. The unidentified man is seen armed with a large knife as he tackles a mountain of lemons. In just over a minute he slices his way through the entire pile, speedily halving each piece of citrus fruit without stopping to rest and without losing a finger.
As he mechanically hacks away with the blade, he juggles more lemons over with his other hand. The pieces of fruit split in mid-air as they're tossed over. As he quickly finishes his chopping task, the man checks the lemons to make sure he hasn't missed any.
