A Siyum Sefer Torah took place earlier this week at the elementary school Darchai Yosher in the West Bank village of Modiin Illit, Israel. The Torah was written in honor of Rebbetzin Tamar Shteinman, wife of RRabbi Aharon Yehuda Leib Shteinman. Her Yahrtzeit was marked on Monday the 25th of Sivan. The video includes footage of the final letters of the Torah being inscribed, which took place last week at a different location.

Please dont call it the west bank..its yeshudah veshomron or judah and sameria NOT THE WEST BANK!
This was the name given by the arabs to make it west of Jordan.
