New York City broke a 118-year-old record, but it was just one of 45 places setting cold weather records as arctic air pushed into the Northeast. More than 200,000 weather-related calls were made to New York City's help line in a 24-hour span, but the cold snap is expected to end by the weekend. CBS News Jim Axelrod reports.
