Rabbi Bentzion Vishedsky relates that when his sister was in the former USSR, her father in law, Reb Simcha Gorodetzky, was overjoyed to receive word from the Lubavitcher Rebbe that she and her husband would soon be allowed to leave the Soviet Union.
