Legendary violinist Itzhak Perlman in Brooklyn's Cushman & Wakefield Theater at Barclays Center on Thursday, February 28 at 7:30 p.m. Perlman was joined on stage by Brooklyn-based and world-renowned Cantor Yitzchak Meir Helfgot. Perlman and Helfgot recently collaborated on the album Eternal Echoes: Songs and Dances for the Soul, which Perlman refers to as “Jewish comfort music.”
Proceeds from the concert, which is presented by Barclays Center developer and majority owner Bruce Ratner, is in support of the Met Council and The Perlman Music Program.
